Every year, we have an exciting adventure as all the animals go rafting down a wild river. It’s tons of fun, and everyone wants to be a part of it! Are you ready to join the thrill? Let’s dive in! You get to choose ten animal tokens to represent the animals that will hop on the raft. The challenge is to make sure all the animals can fit on the raft. If you make a mistake, no points for you. But if you can solve the puzzle and make them all fit, the points are yours to keep!
Ready to Play?
Setting up the game is super easy. First, place the animals and rafts on the table where we’ll play. Next, put the winning chips and timer within everyone’s reach. Now, shuffle the animal cards and lay them face-down on the table. We’re all set to start!
Alright, here’s what we’re gonna do. Each of us gets a Yes chip and a No chip. Now, we set up the game by placing a raft in the middle of the table. After that, we draw ten animal cards and arrange them in a circle around the raft. We take the wooden animal pieces and put them on their respective cards. And just like that, we’re ready to start!
Now, let’s talk about how to play the game.
First off, we have to decide whether we believe all the animals can fit on the raft or not. If we think there’s enough space, we place the green chip face down in front of us. But if we think there’s no way they can all fit, we do the same thing with the red chip. We have to pick one or the other, no middle ground.
After we’ve all chosen our chips, it’s time to reveal our answers. If every one of us says “Yes,” then we add another animal card to the raft. We’ll vote again. But if all of us say “No,” we’ll replace one of the animal cards and vote again. If we say “No” for three rounds in a row, we’ll replace all the cards.
If we give different answers, those who said “Yes” have one minute to prove that the animals can fit on the raft. We’ll use the sand timer to keep track of time. If we succeed, we’ll earn points based on the current round. But if we fail, those who said “No” will score the points.
We’ll keep playing like this for all six rounds. Every time we start a new round, we’ll replace all the cards and continue voting!
