When you build a House on an island, you earn Prestige Points (PP) based on the symbols that are present on that island.

Let me give you an example using the first card. You will earn 1 PP for each Flower symbol and 2 PP for the other symbol on the island. So, if you have 3 Flowers on one island and 2 Flowers on another, you will earn 3 + 2 = 5 PP for the first island and 2 + 2 = 4 PP for the second island. This means you will have a total of 9 PP.

When you place a House on an island, choose the Resource that has the fewest count.

You’ll earn 2 PP for every Resource of that type on the island, plus an additional 2 PP.

For instance: Let’s say there’s one island with 2 Fruits and another island with 3 Flowers, 1 Fruit, and 1 Leaf. You’ll earn 4 + 2 = 6 PP for the first island and 2 + 2 = 4 PP for the second island, giving you a total of 10 PP.

Let me break it down for you. When you build a House on an island, you need to see how many Landscape Tiles make up that island.

You get Prestige Points based on how big the island is: 3 Tiles = 4 PP, 6 Tiles = 6 PP, 9 Tiles = 8 PP, 12 Tiles or more = 10 PP.

Here’s an example: If you have one island with 5 Tiles and another island with 6 Tiles, you’ll earn 4 PP for the first island and 6 PP for the second island, giving you a total of 10 PP.

Hey there! Let me show you a cool trick in this game. It’s called the Discovery Tokens. These little tokens can help you earn points, but there’s a catch – their value is a secret!

Here’s how it works: first, you need to find the Temples on the island. For each Temple you find, you secretly draw one Discovery Token. If you place a House on the island, you get to do it again. Choose one Token for each island with a House.

Now, here comes the fun part. Take all the remaining Tokens and put them back in the reserve. Give it a good shuffle so nobody knows which Tokens are where. And don’t forget to keep your Discovery Tokens hidden from the other players.

At the end of the game, the value of your Discovery Tokens will be revealed. They will add to your total points, called PP. But remember, this value is a secret until the end! So you better keep an eye on those Tokens and see if they can help you win!

Let me show you an example: Imagine you found 2 Temples on one island and 3 Temples on another island. This means you get to draw 2 Tokens and keep 1. Then, you draw 3 more Tokens and keep 1 from those 3. The rest of the Tokens go back in the reserve.

That’s it! You’ve earned 2 Discovery Tokens with a hidden PP value. Add them to your total points at the end of the game. But remember, this trick is only available in Advanced Mode, so make sure you’re ready for the challenge!

When you place a House on each island, you get to choose a Resource – this can be a Flower, Fruit, or Leaf.

You earn 1 PP for each Resource of the type you chose on the island, plus an additional 2 PP.

For example: let’s say there’s an island with 3 Flowers and 2 Fruits, and another island with 4 Leaves and 3 Flowers. You would choose the Flowers on the first island and the Leaves on the second. This means you earn 3 + 2 = 5 PP for the Flowers and 4 + 2 = 6 PP for the Leaves, resulting in a total of 11 PP.

When you place a House on each island, choose a Resource for that island. You can choose a Flower, Fruit, or Leaf.

You will earn 1 PP for each Resource of the chosen type on the island. In addition, you will earn 1 PP for each pair of Ports on that island.

Let me give you an example. If you have an island with 3 Flowers, 2 Fruits, and 5 Ports, you would choose the Flowers as your Resource. You will earn 3 PP for the Flowers and 2 PP for the Ports, resulting in a total of 5 PP.

When you build a house on an island, you gain points based on the number of locations without houses and the number of locations occupied by houses. Each house you place earns you one point for each empty location on the island and one point for each location with a house.

Remember to consider not only the house you just built but also the houses built by your opponents.
