When you want to play a God card, you have to give up an offering. Without an offering, you can’t play a God card. Once you play a God card, put it face up on the discard pile next to the draw pile. Also, put the used offering back into the general supply.
If the draw pile for God cards is empty, shuffle the discard pile and use it as a new draw pile, keeping it face down.

Note: Remember that you can choose any two God cards of the same color by paying only one offering, making it an advantageous move
If you decide to play as a Blue God in Phase A, you have the special ability to add a die to an action tile, even if the die’s value is the same as or higher than the lowest value on that tile.
Remember: Each Blue God card can only be used with one die. So, if someone wants to play a die with an equal or higher value later in the round, they also have to play a Blue God card. White or Red God cards can also be used.

You’re the White God
Hey there! If you choose to play as the White God (which you can only do in Phase A), you’ll have the superpower to boost an action tile by adding a die with the value of 6. Cool, right? But don’t worry, the original die’s value won’t change, it stays the same!
The Fiery Red God
If you want to expand and place a hut in a new region’s building space, you can play a Red God during Phases A or B. The Red God gives you the opportunity to score the fish tile next to the new region, earning victory points based on its value.
Remember: The fish tile remains in its place after scoring, so other players can still take advantage of it.
Keep in mind: Each region can only have one Red God played, which means you can only score each fish tile once.
For example: Let’s say Anna wants to place a 3-die on the “water path” action tile, which already has a 1-die on it. To do this, she plays a Blue God and makes an offering. Then, she plays a White God and makes another offering. This allows her to use the 3 as a 6, allowing her to expand over a water path with a value of 6. Finally, Anna places a new hut in the new region.
So, here’s what happened: I finally get to play the Red God, and it’s a big deal. After all, the Red God is all about power and conquest. So, I make my move and offer my third offering to the Red God. And you know what? I score 5 victory points! Amazing, right?
But here’s the best part – those points come from the fish tile next to my brand new hut. It’s like a bonus for my strategic placement. The Red God really knows how to reward a player!
Now, let’s talk about the Green God.
If you’re playing as a Green God (only possible in Phase B), you have two options:
Option 1:
You can double the effect of the man or woman tile you’re currently using. If you have multiple identical tiles, you double the total amount, taking into account the effect of all the tiles. However, you still can’t take multiple actions.
For example: Let’s say Cleo has two woman tiles that each score her 4 victory points when activated. By using the Green God, she can double this to 8 victory points.
Another example: Ben can normally build a building tile with a maximum value of 3. But by using a Green God, he can instead build a 4, 5, or 6 value building tile. He can’t build a second 3-value tile, though.
Option 2:
You can activate a second man or woman tile of a different type.
For example: I use my two woman tiles together to expand via a 4-value land path. Then, I use a man tile that lets me take one God card. I choose a Green God card and play it (after paying the necessary offering). Next, I activate another one of my women tiles and select the one that allows me to take one man tile from the game board. Just to clarify: In Phase B, you can only play one Green God card. You can use it to either double the effect of one man/woman action or perform one additional man/woman action.
Yellow God
If you play as a Yellow God in Phase C, you have the power to change one requirement of a task tile. Let’s say a tile needs 3 wood – with a Yellow God, you can make it require only 2 wood. Or if you need huts in 9 regions, a Yellow God can make it require only 8.
Using a Yellow God to assist with a task tile means you’ll only earn 4 victory points instead of the usual 6.
Remember: When the game nears its end and you’re completing your final three task tiles, you can use a Yellow God for each tile. This means you can use a total of three cards, but you’ll need to offer something for each one.

God Tile
Hey there! Have you heard of God tiles? They hold a special power – you can think of them as substitute cards for any God card you want! Cool, right? The best part is that when you use a God tile, you don’t have to sacrifice a precious offering. It’s like getting an extra boost without losing anything in return. And the cherry on top? After you’ve enjoyed the benefits, simply return the God tile to its cozy spot in the game box. So go ahead, embrace the power of the God tile and take your gameplay to a whole new level!
