During the Rogue Galaxy’s turn, we’ll roll one die at a time. Each time a die is rolled, we’ll place it in the Activation Bay on the Control Mat, and then the Rogue Galaxy will take its action. We’ll keep doing this until all of the Rogue Galaxy’s dice have been rolled.

When I spend 1 culture, I can copy the action of a die activated by the Rogue Galaxy. But if the die’s action can’t be used by the Rogue Galaxy (like a Move action without available ships), the die gets discarded and I can’t copy it. The Rogue Galaxy never copies my actions.

To move a ship, I take a ship from the Rogue Galaxy Mat and place it on the leftmost planet without a Rogue ship. I put the ship on that planet’s colony track. Rogue ships can’t go to the surface of a planet.
