To everyone’s surprise, a worm suddenly emerged from the apple, causing it to wobble. Now, it’s your turn to join in the fun! The goal is to loop three hoops over Wobbly Worm’s head before anyone else does. Will you be the first to succeed?

Changing the Challenge of Wobbly Worm

Did you know that you can make Wobbly Worm easier or harder depending on who’s playing? It’s true! All you have to do is add or remove tubes.

• If you’re a younger player, you should use 1 or 2 tubes.
• If you’re an older player, it’s best to use 3 or 4 tubes.

How to Play

A. Simple Game for Younger Players

1. Each of you will get a set of three hoops in the same color.
2. Put your hand on top of Wobbly’s head and take a big step back from him. After you take your step back, stay where you are and don’t move your feet!
3. One of you will press the START button to make Wobbly Worm start wobbling! If you ever need to stop Wobbly, just press the button again.
4. Wobbly Worm will move around and sway his head from side to side. Try to reach out and place one of your hoops over his head. Remember, you can’t move your feet!
5. Once you successfully put one hoop over his head, try again with another hoop. However, you can only hold one hoop at a time!

Game over, man!

The goal is simple: be the first to plop all your loops onto Wobbly Worm’s noggin! Easy-peasy.

B. An advanced game for older players

1. First, you need to get your set of three hoops, all the same color.
2. I want you to place your hand on top of Wobbly’s head, and then take THREE BIG steps back from Wobbly. Once you’re in your new spot, don’t move from there – this is your “Home Base” for this round.
3. To make Wobbly Worm start wobbling, you just have to push the START button. And guess what? If you want to stop Wobbly, all you have to do is press the button again.
4. Now, while Wobbly Worm is moving around and swaying his head from side to side, I challenge you to try to throw one of your hoops over his head. Remember, you have to do it while standing on your Home Base.
5. If you toss all three of your hoops and none of them go over Wobbly’s head, don’t worry! Just pick up your hoops, jump back to your Home Base, and give it another shot!
