SEQUENCE DICE
Hey there! I wanna tell you about this awesome game called Sequence Dice. It’s a cool twist on the classic Sequence game, but instead of using cards, we get to roll dice! How cool is that?
So here’s how it works: instead of getting cards, each player gets to roll two dice. And guess what? We use those dice to place chips on a gameboard! The goal is still the same – we wanna create a row of chips to build a sequence. And of course, the first person or team to successfully build a sequence, wins the game!
CONTENTS
Let’s talk about what comes in the game. You’ll find a gameboard, two six-sided dice, and 60 marking chips. Pretty awesome, right?
The gameboard is really cool. It has thirty-six spaces on it, and the numbers range from 3 to 9. But there’s something special about the corners and the four center spaces. Wanna know what it is? Well, you can claim the corners by rolling two 1’s, and the four center spaces can be yours if you roll two 6’s. How cool is that?
Now, let’s talk about the marking chips. There are three different colors – red, blue, and green. But depending on how many players we have, we might only use two colors or all three. If we’ve got two or four players, we only need two colors. But if we have three players, we’ll use all three colors. Simple enough, right?
Let’s Get Started!
Alright, so we’re ready to dive into this game! If it’s just you and a couple of friends, each of you will need to pick a color and grab all the chips of that color. Easy enough, right? But if you have four players, things get a little different. You’ll be playing in teams, so each team needs to choose a color and stick with it. Make sure you sit across from your teammate at the table to keep things fair.
Now that we have our colors sorted out, let’s set up the game board. Put it right in the middle of the table so everyone can reach it. We don’t want any unfair advantages here!

Let’s Begin the Game
First, we need to decide who gets to go first. We’ll do that by rolling the dice. The player who rolls the highest number will start.
Now it’s your turn. Roll both dice and add up the total. Once you have the number, you can place a chip on a space with the same number. But remember, if there’s no space available, you can’t place a chip.
Some Special Rolls
If you roll a 10, things get interesting. You have the power to remove one of your opponent’s chips from the board. But there’s a catch – you can’t remove a chip from a space with a 2 or a 12. And if there are no chips to remove, your turn ends.
Roll an 11, and things get wild! You can place your chip on any empty space on the board. But if all the spaces are filled, you can still make a move. How? By replacing one of your opponent’s chips with your own.
When I roll a 2 or a 12, I am allowed to take control of one of those spaces on the game board, and I also get an extra turn to continue playing.
The game keeps going in a clockwise direction, starting from the player on my left.
THE GOAL OF THE GAME
In a game with only two players, the first player to successfully place five chips in a row wins the game. However, in a game with three or four players, the first player or team to place six chips in a row becomes the winner.
