Perfect pairs – learn to play with

PERFECT PAIRS

Welcome to Perfect Pairs, a unique and exciting addition to the classic game of blackjack. In this game, we’re aiming for something special – a pair of cards in our first two dealt cards. Before the main blackjack round begins, we have the opportunity to place a side bet on finding this perfect pair.

Let’s Get Set Up

First things first, we need to collect bets from all the players at the table. You can use either chips or cash to place your bet. Once everyone has placed their bets, the dealer will deal two cards to each player, one at a time. The dealer will also deal themselves two cards from the same deck or shoe.

Now It’s Time to Play

With the cards dealt, it’s time to see if we’ve hit the jackpot with a perfect pair! Remember, our goal is to have two cards of the same rank. This means we’re looking for a pair of twos, threes, fours, and so on, all the way up to a pair of aces.

If luck is on our side, and we do have a pair, we win! The payout for a perfect pair can vary depending on the casino, but it’s usually quite generous.

Even if we don’t hit the perfect pair, we can continue playing the main blackjack round as normal. The perfect pairs side bet is completely separate from the main game, so we won’t lose anything by giving it a shot.

So, why not add a little extra excitement to your next blackjack game by trying your luck with Perfect Pairs? You might just find that perfect pair waiting for you!

When we start playing blackjack, the dealer collects bets from all of us at the table. To play, we need to make a basic bet and also add a Perfect Pairs bet. Once we do that, we each get dealt two cards from a regular deck of cards or a deck with many cards called a shoe. If we get a pair of cards, the dealer knows and we get paid right away.

Different Kinds of Pairs

Perfect Pairs: This is when we get two cards that are exactly the same. They have the same number and the same suit. For example, if we get two Queen of Hearts cards, that is a Perfect Pair.

Colored Pairs: This is when we get two cards that have the same number, but the suits are different colors. For example, if we get an 8 of Hearts and an 8 of Diamonds, that is a Colored Pair.

Mixed Pairs: This is when we get two cards that have the same number, but the suits are different. For example, if we get a 3 of Clubs and a 3 of Diamonds, that is a Mixed Pair.

How Much You Can Win

  • If we get a Perfect Pair, we win 30 times our bet.
  • If we get a Colored Pair, we win 10 times our bet.
  • Mixed pairs pay 5:1

END OF GAME

If you get a perfect, colored, or mixed pair, you win and get paid. If not, you lose your bet.
