Let’s start by creating the deck. You’ll need as many number cards as there are players. Don’t forget to add a special touch with a Jack for the Robber and an Ace for the Cop. The rest of the cards are ordinary civilians. Shuffle the deck and get ready for some thrilling fun!

GAMEPLAY

First, the cards are shuffled, and then the dealer gives one card to each player. Each player will look at their card and decide what role they will play in the game. It’s important to keep your role a secret from the other players. Once everyone has chosen their role, the game can begin!

The players will start by looking around the table at each other. The Robber, one of the players, will secretly wink at another player without anyone else noticing. If the Robber winks at a civilian, the civilian will announce that a deal has been made. However, if the Robber winks at the Cop, the Cop will reveal their card and win the round. The Cop earns two points while the Robber loses two points.

So, here’s how it goes: once the deal is on the table, the cop doesn’t waste any time. They reveal their card to everyone, and the fun begins – it’s time to figure out who the Robber is! Now, the cop takes a stab in the dark and chooses a player. That player then has no choice but to show their card. If the cop guesses right, they score two points and the round ends. But if they guess wrong, the cop loses a point and the Robber gains one.

The best part? You can keep playing for as long as you want! Each new round gives everyone a turn to be the cop and the robber, keeping the excitement going.
