What’s the Goal of the Game?
The goal is to build Tukilik structures using stones and blocks of snow as quickly as possible. You don’t want to be the slowest player, because that means you’ll receive a Tukilik card. Once a player collects their fifth card, they’re out of the game.
How to Set Up the Game?
First, you need to decide which set of cards to use – the normal game with 3 stones or the advanced game with 4 stones. Follow these steps to set up the game:
To start the game, place the card stand in the middle of the table. This way, you and your friends can easily see the cards that are already in the stand and the ones that will be added throughout the game.
If you’re playing with two or three players, each of you will need one grey, one blue, and one purple stone. You’ll also need one block of snow for each shape (seven pieces in total).
With everything set up, it’s time to begin!

The scout begins by rolling the die and placing it next to the card stand.
Next, the scout draws the top card from the deck and slides it into the slot at the top of the card stand. They make sure that the symbol rolled on the die is at the bottom of the card.

Okay, now it’s our turn to get creative! We’re going to use our colored stones and snow blocks to build the Tukilik that’s shown on the card. The goal is to build it as quickly as we can.

Round Over!
Once you think you’ve finished building your Tukilik, let your opponents know. When everyone has completed their Tukiliit, the round comes to an end. Now, it’s time to inspect the Tukiliit together:
- If everyone has built correctly, the player who finished last receives the Tukilik card and places it in front of them.
- If one player made a mistake while building, they get the card, even if they were not the slowest.
- If more than one player made a mistake, the player who announced being finished first gets the card.
If no one has a fifth (5th) Tukilik card yet, it’s time to start a new round.
Game Over
How the game ends depends on the number of players:
- If there are two players, the game ends as soon as one of them gets their fifth (5th) Tukilik card. The player with the fewer cards wins!
When we play with three or four people, something exciting happens at the end. After someone collects their fifth Tukilik card, we play one more round. But here’s the twist: the person who got the fifth card becomes the scout and doesn’t get to play. It’s a final chance to have a decisive round! In this round, the first person who builds their Tukilik wins the game!
