Let’s Learn the Rules of the Exciting Game “That’s It!”
Hey there! Are you ready to dive into the world of the thrilling game called “That’s It!”? Well, you’ve come to the right place. I’m going to explain all the important rules to you, so you’ll be a pro in no time!
First things first, let me tell you the objective of the game. The goal in “That’s It!” is simple: you have to quickly name an item from a specific category before anyone else does. Sounds exciting, right? Well, it definitely is!
When someone becomes the designated “reader,” they will reveal a card that contains a category. Examples of categories include animals, fruits, countries, and so on. This is where the fun begins!
Once the category is announced, everyone else will fiercely compete to be the first to shout out an item that fits within that category. For example, if the category is “colors,” you might shout out “blue” or “red.” The key is to think fast and say your answer aloud!
But hold on, there’s a twist! The reader also flips over a letter card at the same time as the category card. From that point on, you can only use words that start with that letter. So if the letter is “P” and the category is “fruits,” you might shout out “pear” or “pineapple.” Clever, huh?
Remember, speed is of the essence in this game. The first person to correctly shout out a fitting item from the category and beginning with the assigned letter wins the round. Exciting stuff, isn’t it?
Now, winning rounds is great and all, but the ultimate goal is to collect as many cards as possible. At the end of the game, the player with the most cards wins and achieves the honor of being crowned the “That’s It!” champion.
With these rules in mind, are you ready to dive into the thrilling world of “That’s It!”? Gather your friends, put your thinking caps on, and let the fun begin! Good luck!

Welcome to the exciting game of Shout Out! As the name suggests, your goal is to be the first player to win three cards by shouting out the most correct answers to the written topics. It’s a fast-paced and fun game that will test your knowledge and quick thinking skills.
Getting Started
To set up the game, start by taking the scoring tokens out of the box and scattering them face down in the center of the playing area. Make sure all players can reach them easily. Then, place the box of cards nearby so everyone can access it.
Playing the Game

Alright, here’s how it works. We’re going to play a game called That’s It! It’s super fun and easy to play. Let me explain the rules to you.
So, whoever played “Tag” most recently gets to go first. We call this person the Reader. The Reader is in charge of starting each round.
Now, the Reader will grab a card from the box. Each card has five different topics written on it. The Reader will pick one topic and read it out loud for everyone to hear.
Here’s where it gets exciting! All the other players, including you, will shout out answers as quickly as possible. The goal is to be the first one to say the “It” word, which is written on the right side of the card.
Remember, there’s no taking turns here. You have to be quick and shout out your answer right away!
That’s basically it! The game continues with new rounds and new Readers. Are you ready to give it a try? Let’s get started!
Imagine a game where you get to shout out answers without any consequences for being wrong. Sounds fun, right? Well, in this game, called “That’s It!”, that’s exactly what you do. The objective is to be the first person to say the exact word that the Reader is looking for. And when you do, you’ll shout, “That’s It!” in victory.

I’m going to explain a really fun game that you can play with your friends. It’s called “The It Word Game.” Here’s how you play:
First, everyone sits in a circle. Then, without looking, the reader gives a random face-down scoring token to one player. If two or more people say the “It” word at the same time, the reader gives each of them a token.
It’s important to remember that the values of the tokens should remain unknown until the end of the round.
The reader continues reading off the next few topics and giving out tokens as I explained before. But there’s a special twist – the last topic is a bonus and it’s worth two tokens to whoever gets it.
No one gets it
Usually, someone will say the “It” word within 30 seconds. But if nobody guesses it, the reader announces the word and collects one of the face-down tokens.
End of the Round

Once we’ve answered the bonus question, it’s time to reveal and tally up the values on our tokens. The player with the highest total wins the topic card. They put it face down in front of them, forming a pile.
If there’s a tie, all the players who tied get a card. Just grab some extras from the box. To start the next round, mix up all the tokens and place them back in the middle. The player to the left of the previous Reader becomes the new Reader and takes a card from the box.
The Game Ends
The game comes to an end when a player collects three cards.
If there’s a tie at the end, all the tokens go face down in the middle. Each player draws one token, and the player with the highest number wins the tiebreaker.
If you want a longer game, just set a higher number of cards as the goal at the beginning.
