Each goal card has specific conditions that you must meet in order to win the game. So, pay close attention to these little buggers and strategize accordingly.

Next, we have inverter cards, which are like time-traveling power-ups. These cards allow you to change an event to its opposite, flipping the timeline on its head. They’re a real game-changer, so use them wisely. Just be prepared for the ripple effect they might cause.
TimeLine Cards
Now, let’s talk timeline cards. These cards represent the different events that make up the timeline. By adding or removing timeline cards, you can alter history and fulfill your goals. But be careful! Changing the timeline can have unintended consequences, so think before you act.

When I play a card that represents an Artifact, I put it face up on the table right in front of me. These are really cool items that come from either the Past or the Future, and only someone who can travel through time can get them.
Awesome Stuff
Stuff that things do
When I play a Gadget, I put it on the table in front of me, facing up. Gadgets have their own cool things they can do, which I can use later. I just need to read the directions on the card and follow them.
Doing things
I’ve got some news for you – single-use event cards are where it’s at!
Okay, here’s the deal: when you play an Action card, you basically follow the instructions on it and then throw it in the discard pile. Simple, right?
Let’s Talk Timewarps
A unique kind of action
Timewarps, these cards offer a special brand of power when it comes to Actions. Once you play one, simply follow the instructions and then get rid of it.
Inverters
Discover the Power to Shape History
Imagine being able to travel through time and alter the course of important events. History is a treasure trove of such moments, waiting for a time traveler like me to reshape them. However, changing history is not without consequences. When you make a significant alteration, it creates a series of ripples that cascade through time, affecting other events in unforeseen ways. These pivotal moments, known as “linchpin” events, serve as the foundation of the TimeLine.
The TimeLine consists of 13 linchpin events, each represented by a unique icon. On closer inspection, you’ll notice that these icons come in two forms: black (True) and red (Prime). Each of these icons holds immense power, capable of reshaping history as we know it.
To wield this power, we rely on a device called an Inverter. Inverters are extraordinary tools that allow us to reverse the effects of linchpin events. There are various types of Inverters at our disposal. Some can be used on any linchpin card, while others are specialized for specific linchpins.
When you play an Inverter, you take control of a linchpin and flip its course. With a simple turn, the linchpin transforms, and the ripples of change spread throughout time. As the ripples travel, they alter other connected events, adjusting the fabric of history. Once the alteration is made, you place the Inverter on the discard pile, knowing that you have achieved a momentous feat.
Remember: Inverters have the power to flip linchpins, but they do not directly affect the ripplepoints. Ripplepoints, on the other hand, indirectly shift in response to linchpin changes.
Enter the World of Patches
How to Fix Time’s Mishaps – A Guide for Time Repair
When a Linchpin, a crucial event in history, undergoes alterations, it sets off a chain reaction causing changes in other events on the TimeLine. This phenomenon creates holes known as Paradoxes that must be fixed using Patches.
To mend a Paradox, you need to match it with the corresponding Patch and place the Patch card over the designated year and Time Index on the TimeLine. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be rewarded with a card draw as a token of gratitude from the Time Repair Agency.
Keep in mind that certain Patches, such as the ones from 1945 and 1962, possess unique properties described in the “Temporal Anomalies” section.
If history is restored and altered events are corrected, the Patches become Nullified. They are removed from the TimeLine and discarded accordingly. You can find instructions for Nullification at the bottom of each Patch card.
Remember: Patches are exclusively intended for fixing Paradoxes and should not be used on Rippleponte.
