How to Play the Retirement Roast Game

Before the game, let’s make sure everyone is ready for a couple of Retirement Roasts starring the guest of honor.

Here’s how it works: one person goes up and roasts the retiree. When they’re finished, the next person takes a turn. We go around one by one and each player gets to roast the retiree. Just keep in mind, it’s important to consider the retiree’s sense of humor. Only be as harsh as they would be comfortable with, or you might bring down the mood of the party.

After everyone has had a chance to roast the retiree, it’s their turn to dish it back! They can roast each of their guests as a fun twist. And to make it even more interesting, the retiree can choose the best roast and declare one person the “Best Roaster.”
