Welcome to the Game of Kingdoms

Alright folks, let’s dive into the thrilling world of the Game of Kingdoms! In this game, there’s no such thing as winning. Instead, it’s all about avoiding the dreaded title of “loser.” Whoever ends up with a card in their hand at the end is the unlucky loser. So, let’s get ready to battle, strategize, and shed those cards!

Getting Started

Now, let’s quickly set up the game! To begin, one of you will need to take on the role of instructions reader. This person will be in charge of explaining the rules to everyone. Once that’s settled, it’s time to shuffle the cards and deal six to each player. Once everyone has their hand of six cards, one more card is drawn and placed face-up in the middle of the table. Exciting, right? The deck of cards is then placed on top of the face-up card, covering it partially, hiding its true nature.

When the card is revealed at the bottom, it will tell us the trump color. That’s how we know the game is about to start.

How to Play

To decide who goes first, we’ll see who has the lowest card. You’ll call out if you think your card is the lowest, and if you’re right, you get to go first. Show everyone your card to prove it. The person with the lowest card will be the Attacker.

When I play the game called “The Attacker,” I have to throw down a card, and the player to my left, known as the Defender, has to play a better card. If the Defender can’t beat my card, they have to collect it. I have the advantage of being able to throw down cards of the same rank.

Once I decide to stop attacking, I have to announce it to everyone. But I can only attack the Defender up to six times. If the Defender can’t beat all of my cards, then the player to their left becomes the new Attacker, and they skip their turn.

At the end of each round, we all need to refresh our hands. We have to pick up enough cards to make sure we have six in our hand. Even if I don’t have any cards left, I still have to draw cards. But if I already have more than six cards, I don’t have to draw any more.

Hey there! Let me explain how the game works. We start with a deck of cards, and each player takes turns drawing a card from the pile. The game continues like this until all the cards in the pile are gone. But it’s not over yet! The remaining players keep playing until only one person has a card in their hand.

The Exciting Conclusion

This is when the game reaches its climax. The moment of truth! Only one player will have a card left in their hand, and unfortunately, they’ll be the loser. But don’t worry, the rest of the players are winners!
