Goal Card Variant

Want to add some extra challenges and rewards? Try the Goal Card Variant! It comes with legendary tokens. Just follow these additional steps to set it up:

When you play the game, here’s what you need to do:

1. First, make sure to use the side of your player mat that has a spot for legendary tokens.

2. Each player gets 4 goals that match their character card. Take a random goal card and put it aside without looking at it; this card won’t be used in this game. Keep the rest of your goal cards face down.

3. Put all the legendary tokens face down where everyone can reach them.

Now, let’s talk about completing a goal.

Once you meet the requirements for a goal card, you can finish it off by showing the card and stating the condition.

Then, you earn legendary tokens from the supply based on how many goals you’ve completed. Any extra legendary tokens you have are put back into the supply, after shuffling them face down.

Finishing a goal card doesn’t require an action. You can complete multiple goal cards during your turn.

So, there are different values for these tokens. Some are worth 2LP, some are worth 1LP, and others are worth the most – 3LP. It’s like a little treasure hunt!
