Only the player with an aristocrat in the elector space of the corresponding electorate is allowed to use the privileges. If the elector space is vacant, no player is permitted to use the privilege.

Once the privilege is used, the player must transfer the aristocrat tile to the privilege space as a way of indicating that the privilege has been utilized. When a new round begins, all players must return any aristocrats from the privilege spaces to the elector spaces.

When it’s phase IV, you have the option to use an action card that is typically used during that phase but is no longer accessible. You can take the action as if the card was still available, including paying for it. Remember, this only applies during phase IV.

Welcome to phase IV! Here, you have the power to make some impactful decisions that can change the course of the game. One option available to you is to decrease the life stage of one of your Barons or Couples by 1. This can be a strategic move, as it allows you to adjust your forces and resources. On the other hand, you can also choose to increase the life stage of an opponent’s Baron or Couple by 1. By doing so, you can disrupt their plans and gain an advantage over them. Best of all, you don’t have to pay anything for these actions!
