Preparing for the Journey

Game Modes

Mini Quest

In this game mode, your goal is to help the knight navigate through 5 maps in each world and reach the end safely. There are four unique worlds to conquer:

  • The Coast: These maps have a green background and are numbered 1 to 5.
  • The Mountain: These maps have a blue background and are numbered 6 to 10.
  • The Castle Grounds: These maps have a red background and are numbered 11 to 15.
  • The Castle: These maps have a brown background and are numbered 16 to 20.

Each world presents a greater challenge than the previous one. Once you successfully complete a world, you can either move on to the next one or replay the same world, resetting your number of lives.

A Grand Quest

But be careful, because there’s a catch. The dynamite only works if you push it in front of board II. If you push it in front of any other board, it won’t blow up the door and you won’t be able to move on. So make sure you find the right board and put the dynamite in front of it.

  • If you accidentally knock over a stick of dynamite or drop it into a trap.
  • If you push a guard or the Villain into the wrong trap.

When I’m playing the game, I have to be strategic. I need to make sure the Villain falls into the right trap and take out all the guards before I can move on. If a guard or the Villain falls into a hole without me pushing them, I lose a life. But if I do everything right, I can keep going on my mission. Sometimes I might fall in a trap or tip over, but then I just have to go back to the start and go through the path again. There are some maps, like n�IO and n�20, that have to be done perfectly. If I make a mistake, I lose a life and have to start all over again. But if I can pull off the perfect plan, I’ll win and move on to the next level.

Timed Games

Let’s add some more excitement to the adventure! Each map has a time limit, and you must finish it within that time.

If the knight doesn’t make it to the end in time, he loses a life. In that case, you need to put the knight back at the start of the map and return all the objects to their original positions. You can then restart the game by resetting the timer.

If the knight reaches the end of the last map in the chosen game mode and still has at least one life left, congratulations! You’ve won the game!

Hero Mode
