Hey there! Let’s play a fun card game where you try to guess if the group’s answer to a question is too high, too low, or just right. Gather your friends and get ready for a guessing game like no other!

Getting Ready

To set up the game, grab a pile of 20-40 cards and place them with the question-side facing up in the center of the playing area. Keep the card box aside for now.

How to Play

Alright, here’s how the game works. Whoever last went under a bridge gets to be the first question master. That’s the person who asks the questions.

So, when it’s your turn to be the question master, you take the stack of cards and pick one. Don’t look at the answer on the back yet! Just read one of the three questions on the top card out loud.

Now it’s the other players’ turn. They all have to decide together which number they think is the closest to the right answer. Will it be higher or lower than what they think?

Once the group has agreed on their answer, it’s time for you to make your move. Do you think they’re “over,” “under,” or “spot on” with their guess? Choose one.

Finally, look at the answer on the back of the card and tell everyone what it is. Did the group get it right?

• If you chose “spot on” and the group got it right, you win that card! Keep it in front of you and get ready for the next question.
• If you guessed “over” or “under” correctly, you win the card and it’s the end of your turn. Keep the card and pass the stack to the player on your left. They will become the next question master.
• If your guess wasn’t correct, put the card back in the box and pass the stack of cards to the player on your left.

When it’s my turn, I pick question 2 and read it out loud. Then, we all agree that the answer is 150,000 miles.

I say that their answer is “below” the real amount. I turn the card over and announce the actual amount. And guess what? Since I was right, I win the card!

The Game Ends

We keep playing until we run out of cards. The person with the most cards is the winner!

If we want to play a longer or shorter game, we can just draw more or fewer cards in the beginning.

A Twist in the Game

In this version of the game, if I guess right in any of the situations, I can choose to read another question from the next card. Talk about taking a risk!

But hold on! If I ever make a wrong guess, I lose ALL the cards I collected during my turn. Yikes!
