In this virtual safari, you have the unique opportunity to explore exotic habitats, encounter incredible wildlife, and learn valuable lessons about the importance of conservation.

Game Rules

Now, let’s dive into the rules of the game. To make the most of your Wildlife Safari experience, it’s vital to understand how to navigate the virtual wilderness effectively.

1. Observe and Discover

The first rule of Wildlife Safari is to observe and discover. As you venture through different habitats, keep your eyes peeled for any signs of life. Look out for movement, unique sounds, and distinctive markings that hint at the presence of fascinating creatures. Remember, the key to success lies in your ability to pay attention to even the smallest details.

2. Study Animal Behavior

Understanding animal behavior is essential for any Wildlife Safari explorer. Take the time to study the behavior of each animal you encounter. Are they social or solitary? What are their feeding patterns? Do they have any unique adaptations? By observing and analyzing these behaviors, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the incredible diversity of wildlife.

3. Respect Wildlife and Their Habitat

Respect is a crucial element of any Wildlife Safari journey. Remember that you are a guest in the animals’ homes. Treat them and their habitats with utmost care and respect. Maintain a safe distance to avoid disrupting their natural behavior. Always prioritize the well-being of the animals and refrain from any actions that may harm or disturb them.

4. Capture Moments Responsibly

A picture is worth a thousand words, but it’s vital to capture these moments responsibly. In Wildlife Safari, you’ll have the opportunity to take stunning photographs of the wildlife you encounter. However, ensure that you do so without causing any harm. Use zoom lenses to get close-up shots from a distance. Remember, your photos should be a celebration of the animals’ beauty and not a source of stress for them.

5. Contribute to Conservation

Your Wildlife Safari adventure is not just about entertainment; it also serves a larger purpose. By participating in the game, you contribute to wildlife conservation efforts. With each virtual safari you embark on, you raise awareness about the importance of protecting our natural world and its inhabitants. So, by immersing yourself in this exciting game, you become a champion for conservation!

When you play the game with two or four players, you need to remove two cards face down. If there are three players, then remove three cards face down.

If you have five players, then you should use all 30 cards. Make sure to deal the cards evenly among all players. Each player will take the cards into their hands. Also, divide the animals into five groups, based on their species, and make sure all players can reach each group.

In the first round, the youngest player will start, and then the turns will continue in a clockwise direction.

How to Play

During your turn, you will play a card, and then you can choose any animal that you want. You don’t have to choose the animal that matches the card you played, but you can if you prefer.

When you play a card, stack it so that all players can see which cards have been played. It’s important to make it clear which card is the most recent one on top of each stack (see below).

When we play the game, we keep going until all six cards of one animal are played. For example, when all six elephant cards are played. The person who played the last card can still take an animal.

When this happens, the round is over. Each animal is worth the value of the top card played on its stack. For instance, if the sixth elephant card was a 5, then each elephant is worth 5 points.

If no cards were played for an animal, it is worth 0 points. After that, we add up our points and write them down on a notepad.

Yes! The round is over because we played the sixth Elephant card. Remember, Elephants are worth 5 points, Rhinos are worth 0, Lions are worth 3, Leopards are worth 1, and Zebras are worth 4.

Now, we need to return all the animals to their groups, shuffle the cards, and deal them out again for the next round.

End of the Game

We’ll keep playing rounds until each player has started one. At the end, the player with the highest total score wins!
