Welcome to the World of Monopoly Revolution!

The Monopoly Revolution game is a modern twist on the classic game of Monopoly. It has all the excitement and strategy that you love, but with a modern twist that will keep you entertained for hours on end. In this version, everything is faster, sleeker, and more exciting than ever before.

Gameplay

In Monopoly Revolution, the objective is the same as in the original game – to become the wealthiest player by buying, renting, and trading properties. However, this version of the game has several exciting new features that make it even more fun to play.

First, the gameboard is entirely electronic, with an interactive spinner in the center. This spinner determines how many spaces each player moves on their turn, adding an element of unpredictability to the game. It’s a fun and modern twist on rolling the dice.

Additionally, the properties in Monopoly Revolution are themed after iconic brands and locations from around the world. You can buy and trade famous landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Times Square, and the Sydney Opera House. This adds another layer of excitement to the game as you compete to collect the most valuable properties.

Action Spaces

Monopoly Revolution also introduces action spaces, which are new spaces on the gameboard that add opportunities for extra fun and excitement. When you land on an action space, you may draw an action card that can either help you or hinder your opponents.

For example, you might draw a card that allows you to collect rent from all other players or a card that forces everyone to pay you money. These action cards add a level of surprise and strategy to the game, keeping you on your toes and making every turn exciting.

New Characters

In addition to the new features and action spaces, Monopoly Revolution also introduces six new player tokens. These tokens are updated versions of the classic tokens, including a laptop, a jet, a headphone, a hybrid car, a flat-screen TV, and a money clip. They represent the modern world and add a contemporary touch to the game.

Game Over

Once a player has built up enough wealth and bankrupted their opponents, the game is over. The player with the most money and assets at the end of the game is declared the winner. It’s a thrilling race to the finish that will keep you engaged from start to finish.

Conclusion

Monopoly Revolution brings the classic game of Monopoly into the modern era. With its electronic gameboard, themed properties, action spaces, and new characters, it offers a fresh and exciting take on the traditional game. So gather your friends and family, spin the spinner, and get ready for a revolutionized Monopoly experience!

What does it mean when another player in a game claims your loot?

Have you ever had a situation in a game where another player claims your loot? It can be confusing and frustrating when someone else takes what you rightfully earned. Let’s break it down and understand what’s happening.

First of all, it’s important to remember that when you play a game with others, there are certain rules and conventions in place. These rules govern how players interact with each other and with the game world. One of these rules is the concept of ownership.

Ownership means that you have control over something and can use it as you wish. When you pick up an item or treasure in a game, you become the owner of that item. It’s yours to keep, use, or trade as you see fit. But what happens when another player claims your loot?

When someone claims your loot, they are essentially saying that they have taken ownership of it. This can happen in different ways. For example, another player may defeat an enemy that drops loot, and they pick it up before you have a chance to do so. Or, they may steal an item from your inventory through in-game mechanics.

So, what are your options when someone claims your loot? Well, it depends on the game and its rules. In some games, there may be mechanics in place to prevent or punish loot stealing. For example, items may be bound to a specific player and cannot be traded or stolen. In other games, it may be up to the players to resolve these conflicts through negotiation or gameplay mechanics.

If you find yourself in a situation where someone claims your loot, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Take a deep breath and stay calm. Getting angry or upset won’t help.
  2. Assess the situation. Is the other player acting within the rules of the game? If so, you may need to accept that they have a right to claim your loot.
  3. Consider talking to the player. Sometimes, a simple conversation can help resolve the issue. They may not be aware that they are causing you frustration, or they may be willing to negotiate a solution.
  4. If all else fails, you can seek help from a game administrator or moderator. They can help mediate the situation and enforce the game’s rules if necessary.

Remember, gaming is meant to be fun and enjoyable. While it can be frustrating when someone claims your loot, it’s important to keep a level head and approach the situation calmly. By following these steps, you can navigate these tricky situations and continue to enjoy your gaming experience.

My Very Own Property

Hey there! I have something pretty important to share with you today, so listen up!

Have you ever thought about owning your own property? It may seem like a big decision, but trust me, it’s a step worth taking.

Picture this: you have a place to call your own, a space you can truly call “home.” No more dealing with nosy neighbors or annoying roommates. You get to create your own oasis, a sanctuary that reflects your unique style and personality.

Now, I know what you’re thinking. Owning a property is a big responsibility, and it comes with its fair share of challenges. But here’s the thing – the rewards far outweigh the hurdles.

When you own your own property, you have the freedom to do whatever you want with it. Want to paint the walls bright pink? Go for it! Want to fill the backyard with a garden of your favorite flowers? Absolutely! The possibilities are endless.

But it’s not just about the aesthetics. Owning a property also means having a sense of security. You don’t have to worry about rent hikes or eviction notices. You have a place that is entirely yours, and that’s a pretty amazing feeling.

And let’s not forget about the financial benefits. When you own a property, you’re building equity. It’s like having a piggy bank that grows over time. Plus, you may also be eligible for tax deductions. Talk about a win-win!

So, if you’re ready to take the leap and become a property owner, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Start by saving up for a down payment. The more you can put down, the better.
  • Get your finances in order. Pay off any outstanding debts and make sure you have a good credit score.
  • Do your research. Look into different neighborhoods, property types, and prices to find the best fit for you.
  • Work with a real estate agent. They can guide you through the buying process and help you find your dream property.

Remember, owning a property is a big step, but it’s a step towards a brighter future. So go ahead, take the plunge, and make that property your very own!

So, what does this mean for you? Well, first things first, you can take a breather and relax. No need to dip into your savings or worry about shelling out any cash for rent this time around. Phew!

But wait, there’s more! Free parking gives you a chance to catch your breath, strategize, and plan your next move. It’s like a little gift from the game, allowing you to take a moment to regroup and think about your next steps.

Enjoy the moment, my friend. Take this opportunity to think about your strategy, analyze the board, and consider your options. Remember, in this game of ups and downs, every move counts.

So use this time wisely, and when you’re ready, jump back into the game with all your might. Trust your instincts and make the best decision for your journey to victory.

Now that you’ve got a break from paying rent, take a deep breath, embrace the freedom, and get ready to conquer the board. Your next move awaits!

  1. Insert your card into the red slot and the other player’s card into the green slot.
  2. Enter the amount you owe. Your balance will decrease accordingly.
  3. Wait for the other player’s balance to increase. Once it does, you can take both cards out.
Auctions

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

To sell a property, I need to follow these steps:

1. Click the Deal button to start the timer.

2. Pay attention to the beeps, they indicate that time is running out!

If the auction ends before the time is up, simply press the Deal button to stop the timer.

Now, let’s talk about Chances. Chances appear on the screen in two ways:

– When a player lands on a black Zone space and selects a Chance card.

– Randomly during the game. You’ll hear a special sound and see a “?” symbol when a Chance appears. The Chance card applies to the player who just took their turn.

If a Chance card shows up while you’re in the middle of a move or transaction, make sure to follow the instructions on the screen immediately! If you miss out, tough luck!

In the event that a Chance card sends multiple players to an unowned property, it’s time to auction it off.

And now, let’s move on to buying property!

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

So, let’s say you land on a property that nobody owns and you want to buy it.

  1. You’ll need to pay the price that’s shown on the space.
  2. Then, grab the matching Title Deed card from the banker and keep it face-up right in front of you.

But if you decide that you don’t want the property, the Banker has to auction it off.

Now, here’s something cool: when you actually own a property, you can make money by charging rent to any players who happen to land on it.

And get this: if you manage to own all the properties in one color group – like a monopoly – you can build houses and hotels on them. That means you’ll be able to collect even more rent from other players!

Selling Property & Making Deals

If you ever want to sell a property that you haven’t built on yet, or if you want to sell a station or utility, you can do it on your turn or even in between other players’ turns.

Here’s what you do:

Sell all the buildings on those properties to the banker (see opposite). You can’t sell a property if there are any buildings on any of the properties in that color group.

Agree a price with the other player and collect your money (see page 9).

Once they’ve paid, hand over the Title Deed card.

    Buildings

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

    Houses

When you have all the properties in a color group, you have the exciting opportunity to buy houses to place on any of those spaces! Each house comes with a unique price, displayed on its Title Deed card.

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

    Hotels

If you want to buy a hotel, you first need to have four houses on each property of a complete color group. When you have the required number of houses, you can exchange them for a hotel by paying the price shown on the Title Deed card. Remember, you can only build one hotel on each property.

    Rules for Building
    • You have the option to buy houses or hotels on your turn, or even in between other players’ turns.
    • When it comes to building houses, you must build evenly on your properties. This means you cannot build a second house on a property until you have built a house on every property in that group.
    • You are free to buy as many buildings as you can afford!
    • Keep in mind that you cannot build houses on a property if any property in that color group is mortgaged.

    Selling Buildings

If you need to get some quick cash in Monopoly, you can sell your houses and hotels back to the banker. You’ll get half of what you originally paid for them, as shown on the Title Deed card. The best part is that you can sell them at any time – during your turn or in between other players’ turns.

    Selling Houses

When selling houses, you have to do it in a fair way, just like when you bought them. You can’t sell houses from one property without selling the same number of houses from another property.

    Selling Hotels

If you have a hotel and you want to sell it, you’ll get half of the original price of the hotel, plus half the price of the four houses that you traded in to get the hotel in the first place.

But there’s another option if you want to raise some cash – you can break down your hotel into houses. If you do this, you’ll sell the hotel back to the banker for half of its cost, and in return you’ll get four houses.

When There Are No More Houses

If all the houses are bought and there are none left, you’ll have to be patient. You’ll have to wait until other players return their houses before you can buy any.

If there aren’t enough houses or hotels available and multiple players want to buy more than what the banker has, the banker will hold auctions to sell them off individually to the highest bidder. The bidding starts at the listed price on each property’s Title Deed card.

    Auctions

If you decide not to buy a property after landing on it, or if you choose to move to the next unowned property after landing on a Zone space, the banker will immediately hold an auction for that property. The bidding starts at 1 dollar, and you can participate in the bidding as well.

    Banker:

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

    1. To start the auction, simply press the Deal button.
    2. Anyone can make a bid at any point during the auction, even if they initially didn’t want to buy the property.
    3. Keep an eye out for the warning that signals time is running out!
    4. The person with the highest bid before time runs out will win the property and pay the winning amount.

    Utilities

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

In Monopoly Revolution, there is a group of 4 utilities. You can purchase and auction these utilities just like properties. If you happen to land on a utility that is owned by another player, you will have to pay rent. The amount of rent you have to pay depends on the number of utilities that player owns. You can find the exact rent amount on the Title Deed card.

    Stations

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

When it comes to buying and auctioning stations in the game, you can do it just like properties. If you happen to land on a station owned by another player, you’ll need to pay them the amount indicated on the Title Deed card. This amount will depend on how many other stations that player owns.

    Making Deals Happen

Now, here’s an interesting twist. If you find yourself on a Zone space and every property on the board is already owned by someone else, you have the power to make a deal! This means you can’t put the next unowned property up for auction, but instead, you can initiate a deal with another player.

Before you can make a deal, though, there’s a catch. You need to own a property that isn’t part of a set. If all your properties are neatly organized into sets, you won’t be able to make a deal.

Here’s how it works: choose one of the other players’ properties that isn’t part of a set and swap your Title Deed card with theirs. It’s as simple as that! The other player can’t refuse your offer!

    Rent and Bankruptcy

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

If you land on a property that someone else owns and it’s not mortgaged, you have to pay them rent. The owner will ask you for rent before the next player takes their turn. You have to pay the amount on the Title Deed card, depending on how many buildings are on the property.

If you own all the properties of a certain color, the rent on any properties without buildings is doubled.

Even if you mortgage one of the properties in that color group, you can still collect double rent on the other properties in the group that aren’t mortgaged.

When you’re running low on money, there are a few things you can do to get more:

    – Sell buildings

    – Mortgage properties

    – Sell properties, utilities, or stations to another player for an agreed-upon amount, even if the property is mortgaged.

If you run out of money completely, you’re bankrupt.

If you find yourself in a situation where you owe more money than you can make by selling your possessions, you will be declared bankrupt and forced to leave the game.

Now, let’s talk about owing the bank. If you still owe money to the bank when you go bankrupt, you must give back all your Title Deed cards to the banker. The banker will then auction off each property to the highest bidder.

But what if you owe money to another player? In that case, you need to sell any houses and hotels you still have to the bank, but at half the price listed on their Title Deed cards. You must also give the other player any money you have left, as well as your Title Deed cards.

    Now, let’s discuss mortgages.

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

    Mortgaging Property
    1. If you need money, you can sell any buildings on your property.
    2. Turn your property’s Title Deed card face down.
    3. Collect the amount of money shown on the back of the card that matches your mortgage.

You won’t be able to collect rent on properties that are mortgaged, but you can still collect rent for other properties in the same color group.

When you own a complete set of properties in the same color, you can collect double rent on any properties in that set that are not mortgaged, even if some of the properties in the set are mortgaged.

    Receiving Mortgaged Properties as Payment

If another player owes you money and they go bankrupt, they have to give you all their properties. The mortgaged properties will stay that way until you decide to repay the mortgage.

    Repaying a Mortgage

When you mortgage a property in Monopoly, you’ll need to pay the original mortgage amount plus 10% interest. Make sure to round up to the nearest 10,000. Once you’ve repaid the mortgage, you can turn the Title Deed card face-up.

    Selling Mortgaged Property

If you want to sell a mortgaged property to another player, you can agree on a price. The buyer can choose to immediately repay the mortgage or pay 10% interest, rounded up to the nearest 10,000. However, they can keep the property mortgaged.

In order to start collecting rent on the property again, the buyer must pay off the entire mortgage amount and then turn the card over.

When all of the properties in a color group are free of mortgages, the owner can buy back houses and hotels at their full price.

    Jail

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

    Going to Jail

If you find yourself in jail, it’s because of one of these reasons:

    • You land on the “Go to jail” space.
    • You draw a “Chance” card that tells you to “Go to jail”.
    • You roll three doubles in a row on your turn.

Your turn ends as soon as you go to jail. Move your token to the colored circle on the jail space, and don’t collect $200 when passing “Go”. It doesn’t matter where you were on the board.

While you’re in jail, you can still bid in auctions and collect rent on properties that aren’t mortgaged.

How to Get Out of Jail

If you want to get out of jail, you have to stay there for 3 turns. But don’t worry, you still get to roll the dice when your turn comes.

There are three ways to speed up your release from jail:

    1. Wait until your next turn, then pay a $500,000 fine before rolling the dice. After that, use your roll to start moving around the board again.

When playing the game, there are a few important rules to keep in mind:

    1. Roll a double on your turn and move that number of spaces.

    2. If the Game Unit displays a Chance card that frees everyone from jail, you are also allowed to move.

    3. If you haven’t rolled a double after 3 turns, you must pay the banker A500K before you can continue moving.

Now, let’s talk about the jail space. If you land on the jail space but you were not sent there, don’t worry! You are “Just visiting” and you can continue playing as usual.

How to play Monopoly Revolution Official Rules UltraFoodMess

    Free Parking

Welcome to the free parking space! It’s like a little oasis amidst the chaos of the game board. Here, you won’t have to worry about losing any of your hard-earned cash or assets. It’s a safe haven where you can take a breather and regroup.

Passing Go Twice in one Turn

Hey there! Did you know that you can collect A2M wages twice in one turn? It’s a neat trick that can give you an extra boost in the game. Let me explain how it works. Imagine you land on a Chance card right after passing GO, and that card tells you to “Advance to GO.” Pretty cool, right? So not only do you get to collect your regular wages for passing GO, but you also get another chance to collect the same amount when you land on it again. It’s like passing GO twice in one turn! That can really make a difference in the game.
