Welcome to the Cerebellum Showdown! Get ready to join a team and tackle some mind-bending challenges. The goal is to be the first team to reach the FINISH space.
When it’s your turn, you have a choice to make. Do you want to use the card you already have, or do you want to take a risk and draw a new card?
The harder the challenge, the more space you can move ahead if you succeed. It’s up to you to decide which path to take!
Setup
- First, I’ll open the game board and put it in the middle of the group.
- Next, I’ll shuffle the deck of Challenge Cards to make sure they’re all facing the same way.
- Then, I’ll randomly choose 3 cards and place them in the box top. This is where we’ll start the discard pile.
- I’ll insert the shuffled Challenge Cards into the card holder, making sure the category and difficulty level headings are visible at the top.
- Now, it’s time for us to divide into fair teams. Remember, we can have a maximum of 6 teams. If you’re feeling brave, you can also play as your own team!
- Each team will select a pawn and place it on the start space.
- The team with the youngest player will have the honor of going first!
Let’s Start Playing!
Alright, let’s check out the card in the card holder. We need to consider both its category and difficulty level. Now, we have two options: we can either play that card or pass on it and move to the next one in the deck. It’s a tough decision, but we can handle it! Just remember, we can’t cheat and take a sneak peek at the next card!
If your team gets an answer wrong or loses the challenge, keep your pawn on that space until your next turn. On the other hand, if your team gets an answer right or completes the challenge successfully, move your pawn the number of spaces indicated on the card. Multiple pawns can occupy the same space.
When your pawn lands on a SPECIAL space, follow the associated rules at the start of your next turn.

– Discard Destiny: No special rules apply. Just continue with your turn as usual.
