Welcome to Happy Salmon!
I’m thrilled to introduce you to an incredible family game where everyone can join in on the fun! The concept is simple – you try to match your action cards with other players, but here’s the catch: while you’re doing that, every single player is doing the same thing! It’s a whirlwind of laughter and camaraderie as you race to complete the actions together. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins the game, so keep your focus sharp!
Let’s Get Started!
First things first, you’ll need to separate the deck of cards by color. Each player should grab 12 cards of the same color. Make sure to give them a good shuffle, and then hold them face-down in your hand. Once everyone is ready with their cards in position, we’re all set to begin!
How to Play
Alright, let’s kick off the game! We start by counting to three. Ready? One, two, three! Now it’s time to reveal our cards and show our hands, all at once. Now it gets interesting!
Here’s how it works: each of us will shout out the action written on the top of our cards. It’s all about action, you see! So let those voices be heard!
Now, pay close attention because things can get really exciting. If two players yell out the same action, hold your horses! They have to do that action together, right there on the spot. It’s like a synchronized move!
Once they’ve successfully completed the action, it’s time to discard those cards into the middle of the playing area and move on to the next one. And hey, here’s the thing: don’t worry if you don’t always match with the same players. Variety is the spice of life and the name of the game!
In this game, only two players can match an action at a time. If more than two players shout out the same action, the first two players to do so can complete the action together. The remaining player must find someone else to match with. If a player can’t find a match, they can move that card to the bottom of their stack and move on to the next one.
THE END OF THE GAME
The game ends immediately once a player gets rid of all their cards and shouts “FINISHED”. That player is declared the winner.
