LET THE GAME BEGIN!

When we’re getting started, it’s important to make sure we have enough role cards for everyone playing. Each of us will receive a card, and we need to keep our roles a secret. The extra cards go face down in the middle. Don’t forget to grab a Player Number token, too!

We’ll need to put the phone with the app in the middle of the playing area, where everyone can see and reach it. Now we’re ready to start the game.

Let’s Begin Playing!

Each of us gets a random role card, but we have to keep them hidden for now. When night comes, the app will tell us what actions to take and when.

Once the sun sets and the moon takes its place, it’s time for the daytime phase of the game to begin. The app will give us directions on what to do next. This is when we can start talking and trying to figure out who among us are the Aliens and who are the Villagers! If we manage to eliminate an alien, victory will be ours! But beware, if all the aliens survive, we will suffer defeat.

GAME OVER

When we have completed one night and one day of gameplay, the game will come to an end. The Villagers will emerge victorious if they manage to kill at least one alien or if there are no aliens at all. On the other hand, the Alien team will claim victory if all the aliens remain unharmed.
