MY SHIP SAILS

Hey there, let me tell you all about this awesome card game called My Ship Sails. It’s a super fun game that you can play with your friends. Are you ready to learn how to play? Let’s get started!

SETUP

First things first, we need to set up the game. One player is chosen to be the dealer. They will shuffle the deck and give each player 7 cards. Don’t worry, it’s all random, so everyone has an equal chance of getting good cards. The rest of the deck is placed facedown nearby. Ready to play? Let’s keep going!

Card Ranking

In this game, we don’t really care about the value of the cards. What matters is if they belong to the same suit. So, as long as you have seven cards of the same suit in your hand, you’re doing great! However, if we ever need to determine a winner, then we’ll use the traditional ranking system. That means Aces are the highest, followed by Kings, Queens, Jacks, and so on.

Isn’t this game a blast? You and your friends can have so much fun trying to collect a full hand of the same suit. Remember, the first person to do it and declare it is the winner. So keep an eye on your cards and make your move when the time is right. Enjoy playing My Ship Sails!

Let’s Play!

Okay, so here’s the deal. We all start with our own set of cards. The dealer goes first and passes a card to the person on their left. They, in turn, pass a card to the person on their left, and so on. We keep doing this until someone wins.

The dealer always takes a card from the deck, and the player on the right of the dealer discards a card. If we run out of cards in the deck, we shuffle the discard pile and use it as the new deck.

If anyone has seven cards of the same suit, they have to speak up and let us know.

The End Is Near!

Once someone confidently declares they have a winning hand, the game comes to an end. If more than one person calls it in the same round, the person with the highest-ranking card wins.

So let’s get started and have some fun! I’m Amber, an avid gamer who loves writing, dogs, plants, and of course, a good game of D&D!
