The Danger Noodle Game

Avoiding snakes is crucial in life, isn’t it? Well, in this game, it’s the ultimate challenge – dodging the Danger Noodle! When you draw the Danger Noodle card, you have to discard every card in your hand, pushing you further from the 30 points needed to win!

The goal is to reach exactly 30 points in your hand – no more, no less. Be the first to achieve this and you’ll be declared the winner! Are you ready to showcase your snake-avoiding skills? Let’s find out!

Setting Up the Game

To get started, unwrap the deck of cards and give them a good shuffle. Place the shuffled deck facedown in the middle of the group. Any cards that get discarded will be piled up next to the draw pile. Now, you’re all set to begin!

Playing the Game

In this game, we play with our cards face up on the table. The oldest player starts by picking cards from the deck. You can choose how many cards you want to draw, one at a time. But be careful! You have to stop drawing cards if you get a DANGER NOODLE! Card or a Negative Value Card.

If you draw a DANGER NOODLE! Card, you have to throw away all your cards. And if you get a Special Card, you have to read it out loud and do what it says. After that, you can keep drawing more cards from the deck.

When I finish drawing cards from the deck, my turn is over. Then it’s your turn, and you draw from the deck. We keep playing this way, going clockwise around the group, until someone has exactly 30 points in their hand. And when that happens, they win!

DIFFERENT TYPES OF CARDS

Positive Value Cards

These cards give you points to add to your hand. They’re good!

Negative Value Cards

These cards take points away from your hand. Not so good!

DANGER NOODLE! Card

If you draw this card, you have to get rid of all the cards in your hand. Your turn is over.

Special Cards

These cards can have both good and bad effects on players. When you draw a Special Card, you have to read it out loud and do what it says right away.

So, if you happen to draw a Super Special Card: Anti-venom, something incredible happens! You become immune to the effects of the next 3 DANGER NOODLE! Cards that you draw. How cool is that?
