Camp game rules – how to play camp

Welcome to CAMP!

I’m a camper just like you, ready to explore and have fun! In this game, we’ll be navigating our way around a campsite, learning cool stuff and having a blast. The goal? Be the first one to reach the campfire and claim victory!

Here’s the Plan:

Hey there! Let’s get started with the game, shall we?

First things first, grab your game board and place it right in the middle of the play area.

Now, it’s time to choose your animal! Each player gets to pick a pawn that matches their favorite critter.

Next up, we’ve got some fun fact cards for you. Give them a good shuffle and place them on the special spot on the game board.

Oh, and don’t forget about the question cards! Shuffle them up and put them in the holder near the game board.

Here comes the exciting part – deciding on the level of difficulty. You can choose from levels 1 to 4, ranging from easiest to toughest. It’s all up to you, my friend!

Gameplay

Alright, let’s get this party started! Place your cards in front of you to show which levels you’re playing.

Now, who’s the youngest? They get to be the first player. Roll that dice and let the fun begin!

Look at the number on the dice. That’s how many spaces you move your pawn forward on the game board.

Pay attention to the space you land on because it determines what happens next. If you land on white footprints, nothing exciting happens and your turn is over. Now it’s the next player’s turn.

If you happen to land on a green set of footprints, brace yourself! It’s question time. Grab a question card and give it your best shot. Answer correctly and you get to roll the dice again. Answer wrong, well, tough luck, and it’s the next player’s turn.

Don’t worry, we’ve got a handy camp decoder to check if your answers are right or wrong. Stay honest, now!

If any of the cards have a compass symbol and you answer correctly, you get the compass card. That lets you go on a shortcut to the Campfire Site. But only one player can have the compass card at a time. If another player gets a card with a compass symbol, the player with the compass card gives it to them but keeps going on the shortcut. If you land on a clubhouse symbol, you go to the clubhouse and read a fun fact to everyone. Then it’s the next player’s turn. The game doesn’t have points. The goal is to be the first camper to get back to the campfire site.

Hey there! Have you ever played a game where the objective is to get back to the campfire as fast as possible? Well, that’s what this game is all about! The goal is to be the first player to return to the campfire and be declared the winner. But don’t worry, even if you’re not the first, you can still keep playing until everyone reaches the campfire.

Let me introduce you to Bassey Onwuanaku, a passionate Edugamer from Nigeria. Bassey’s mission is to make learning more fun for kids in Nigeria.
