Trajan Tiles
You know what’s really cool? Trajan Tiles. These babies can give you a nice boost, earning you 9 Victory Points (VPs). And guess what? All you need is at least one forum tile with this awesome icon – you know, the one with bread, helmet, and flame. Now, don’t go mixing up forum tiles with Trajan tiles – they’re not the same thing.
Back (gray):
But wait, there’s more! If you’re rocking the back of the tile, you’ll still get some love. It’s not as sweet as the front, but you’ll walk away with 6 VPs. Not too shabby, right?
Front (yellow):
When I have workers in the construction district, I earn 1 VP for each of them.
Back (gray):
Just like the front side, but this time I only earn 1/2 VP for each worker (and it gets rounded up).
Front (yellow):
When you have these commodity cards in your personal display, you get 3 VP’s for each one.
Back (gray):
The same as the front side, but you only get 2 VP’s.
Front (yellow):
When you have your own legionnaires in a province, you earn 2 VP’s for each one.
Back (gray):
Just like the front side, but this time you only get 1 VP.
Front (yellow):
When I have my own yellow bonus tiles, I will earn 3 VP’s for each of them.
Back (gray):
If I have yellow bonus tiles of my own, I will earn only 2 VP’s for each of them.
The Forum Tiles
All forum tile types have the same back:
Senate tiles: I absolutely love the senate tiles! They’re like hidden treasures just waiting to be discovered. When I find one, it’s like stumbling upon a secret that only a few lucky souls get to know about. Each tile you find grants you anywhere from 2 to 5 votes. And let me tell you, those votes are worth their weight in gold. They hold the power to shift the balance in the senate, and that’s no small feat.
What’s really interesting is that these magnificent tiles don’t stick around for long. At the end of a quarter year, all the face-up senate tiles are taken out of the game. It’s like they have their moment to shine and then disappear, leaving a void that must be filled by new tiles.
It’s amazing to think about the impact these tiles can have on the game. With just a handful of votes, you can turn the tides in your favor, swaying decisions and shaping the future. It’s a game of strategy and cunning, where every move counts. So keep your eyes peeled, my friend, for those elusive senate tiles. They may just hold the key to your victory.
When it comes to meeting the demands of the people, we need the right tiles. These tiles have icons that represent what the people want. Once we use a tile, it is taken out of the game. But don’t worry, you can keep your tiles until you need to use them.
A Wild Card with Endless Possibilities: This special card, known as the commodity wild card, can be a game-changer. It has the power to replace any commodity card you have, giving you the upper hand. However, like all good things, it comes with a catch – once you use it, it’s gone.
But don’t fret! Even if you don’t use it during the game, you can still tap into its magic during final scoring. That’s right, it still has value and can help you score those coveted bonus tiles.

The Magic Replacer: This card works like magic, replacing any tile you need to meet the people’s demands.

Construction tile wild card: Imagine you’re in a game where you have to place construction tiles to build something amazing. Well, sometimes you might come across a situation where you’re missing a specific tile to complete a set. That’s when the construction tile wild card comes in handy! It’s like a super versatile substitute that can be used in place of any construction tile you need during the final scoring. It’s the ultimate problem solver, helping you finish your sets and achieve your goals. With the construction tile wild card by your side, there’s no limit to what you can create!

Hey there! I’ve got something super cool to tell you about – extra action tiles. These babies are a game-changer. Let me show you what they’re all about.
Introducing the Extra Action Tiles
Imagine being able to take an extra action in your favorite game. Sounds pretty awesome, right? Well, that’s exactly what these tiles do. They give you an extra boost, a chance to do something special that can make all the difference.
But what exactly are extra action tiles? I hear you asking. Great question! Extra action tiles are like secret weapons that you can use to your advantage. They’re like little power-ups that can help you win the game.
These tiles come in handy when you’re faced with a tough decision or when you need that extra push to get ahead. They give you more options, more possibilities. And let me tell you, having more options is never a bad thing, right?
And here’s the best part – you can use these tiles in any game that has them. It’s like having a secret superpower that works in multiple games. Talk about versatile!
Now, let’s talk about the wild card. This one is a game-changer. It’s like the ultimate secret weapon. The wild card can be used as a substitute for any extra action tile you want. It’s like having a joker up your sleeve.
But here’s the catch – once you use the wild card, it’s out of the game. It’s a one-time use thing. So you’ve got to use it wisely, my friend. Make sure you save it for that crucial moment when you really need it. Trust me, it’ll be worth it.
So there you have it – extra action tiles. They’re the key to taking your game to the next level. They give you that extra edge, that extra boost of power. So go ahead, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!
When I perform an action, I can do it again by getting rid of another tile that has the same action symbol on it. And if I have a [+2] marker for this action, I can do it a second time too.
When I use the tile, I take it out of the game but I get to keep my [+2] markers. I “each canonly perform 1 extra task *One more move during my turn. Gives me an advantage, don’t you think?
By the way, something cool happens if I do a construction action with the first tile of that type. I get an extra action tile which means I can do another action.
Check out these awesome Trajan Tiles Special Actions!
Once I perform each special action, these Trajan tiles are removed from the game. Oh, and I also get victory points!
When you’re playing, you get to grab the two coolest commodity cards from the draw pile.

Hey there! Let’s talk about a cool thing called “VP’s”. You may be wondering, what on earth are VP’s? Well, I’ve got you covered! VP stands for Victory Points, and they are pretty important in gaming. When you play a game and do something impressive, like completing a challenging quest or defeating a formidable enemy, you are rewarded with VP’s. These points are like a pat on the back for a job well done, and they can help determine who the ultimate winner is.

When I play this game, I get to send out one or two of my little tokens to the military camp on the game board.
As soon as I place one of my tokens in the military camp, it becomes a legionnaire for the rest of the game.
When I play the game, I put one or two of my small player tokens from my personal supply into the worker camp on the game board.
Once in the worker camp, these tokens become workers for the rest of the game.

When I play the game, I get a [+2] marker that I can use on one of the 6 extra action tile spaces.
Once I assign the marker, I can then use this extra action twice whenever I discard the extra action tile.
The Trajan Tiles in the game are not taken out:
When I play this game, I use these tiles to fulfill the needs of different groups of people: they want bread, games, or religion every three months.
