Welcome to the Stack Attack Game!
Are you ready for a fun and exciting challenge? In this game, you’ll test your skills and strategy as you stack blocks to build the tallest tower possible. But be careful – one wrong move, and it could all come crashing down!
The rules of the game are simple. You start with a stack of blocks, and your goal is to place each block on top of the previous one without causing the tower to fall. To do this, you’ll need to carefully consider the size and weight of each block.
As you progress through the game, the blocks will get smaller and more difficult to stack. This will require you to adjust your strategy and be even more precise with your placement. It’s a test of your dexterity and concentration!
But don’t worry if you make a mistake. In this game, you have three lives, which means you can afford to make a few errors. Just keep in mind that the higher your tower gets, the more challenging it becomes to keep it standing.
With each successful placement, you’ll earn points and move closer to becoming a Stack Attack master. But remember, the ultimate goal is to beat your own high score! Challenge yourself to reach new heights and see how far you can go.
So, are you up for the challenge? Get ready to stack, strategize, and reach for the sky in the thrilling Stack Attack Game!
Are you ready to take a gamble? It’s time to test your luck! Get ready to stack the dice and see if you can come out on top. Whether you want to play it safe or take a risk, the choice is yours! Roll the dice and see if you can stack them higher or lower on the dice tower.
But be careful! Knocking down the tower means you’ll score a big fat zero. That’s right, zero points! So, keep a steady hand and try not to let those dice fall. And here’s the best part – if you manage to stack all of your dice on the tower before it tumbles, everyone else loses out! Talk about a sweet victory.
Components
The game contains the following components:
- 20 Dice (4 Different Color Sets of 5 Dice)
- Quake Plate,
- 4 Dice Cups
- Rulebook
Object of the Game
I want to be the first player to score 20 points by rolling the right numbers and steadily adding them to the single tower!
Setup
Okay, to start the game, let’s place the Quake Plate on a table. Make sure it’s within reach for all players.
Now, each of us is going to choose a colored set of Dice and grab a Dice Cup. If there are two or three players, we’ll use all five Dice in our sets. But if there are four players, each one of us only gets four Dice; put the remaining fifth one aside.
To keep track of scores, we need one player to be the scorekeeper. So, let’s grab a pencil and some paper for that.
The Basics
Here’s how the game works:
- I start by building a tower on the Quake Plate. The Quake Plate makes the tower unstable and unpredictable!
- Now, it’s your turn to try and roll a 1. If you succeed, you can start adding more dice to the tower.
- We take turns rolling our dice and adding them to the tower.
- The number on top of the tower determines which dice you can add. You can only add a number one higher or one lower than the one on top. But remember, if the top number is 1, you can only add a 2. And if it’s 6, you can only add a 5.
- Whenever you roll a qualifying dice, you have to add at least one to the tower.
- We keep taking turns rolling and building until the tower falls!
How to Play
The youngest player gets to go first. They roll all of their dice at the same time.
If you don’t roll any qualifying dice, your turn ends. And when you add dice to the tower, remember, you can only add one at a time and you have to use only one hand.
Hey there! Just a heads up, you’re not allowed to straighten the tower once you’ve placed a Die. However, you can shift the Die you’re adding. Remember, once you let go, you can’t touch it again!
Now, it’s time for the next player’s turn. They’ll roll their Dice.
Let me show you an example:
Imagine the top of the tower shows a 4, and you roll 2, 3, 3, and 5. You have options. You can add the 5 and then stop. Or you can choose to add the 3, then the 2, and then the other 3, allowing you to have a total of three Dice stacked instead of just one.
Here’s a little tip: don’t restrict yourself to only adding higher or lower values on your turn. With a clever strategy, you can use both high and low values to stack more Dice!
Scoring
So, you may be wondering, how exactly is scoring determined? Well, let me break it down for you.
When a game is played, points are awarded. These points are then used to calculate the final score. The scoring system takes into account certain factors, such as the number of goals scored, the time it took to complete the game, and any penalties incurred along the way. It’s a complex process, but it all comes together to give us a final score.
To make things a little more interesting, different games have different scoring systems. Some use a point system, where each goal is worth a certain number of points. Others use a time system, where the faster you complete the game, the higher your score. And some even have a combination of the two.
Scoring can be both exciting and frustrating. It’s exciting to see your hard work pay off and watch your score increase. But it can also be frustrating when you make a mistake and your score goes down. It’s all part of the game, though, and it’s what keeps us coming back for more.
So, the next time you’re playing a game and you’re keeping score, take a moment to appreciate the intricacies of the scoring system. It’s a fascinating process that adds another layer of excitement to the game. And remember, whether you win or lose, it’s all about having fun and enjoying the experience.
Each time one of your dice lands in the dice tower, you earn a point. This point remains as long as you haven’t caused the tower to collapse. Once a player successfully places all their dice in the tower, the round is over. The player earns one point for each dice they have in the tower. No other players earn any points. Then, each player takes their dice back, and a new round begins.
However, if the tower falls, the player who caused it to fall earns no points. Instead, the other players earn one point for each of their dice that were in the tower. All players retrieve their dice, and a new round commences.
When a new round starts, the player responsible for the tower’s collapse begins. If the tower remained standing in the previous round, the player to the left of the last person to play starts the new round.
The game concludes when the players decide to stop playing. The player with the most points wins! It’s a delightful game that can bring fun to any gathering. Give it a try and see how many points you can score!
Hey there! So, here’s the deal: the first person who gets 20 points wins the game! But if there’s a tie, don’t worry, we’ll have one more round to break it.
Just a heads up: You can keep your Dice in the bottom of the stacked Cups when you’re not using them.
Rules for 2 players
All the rules are the same, except this time we start with two non-player Dice, and there’s a 6 showing on top. Keep in mind that you can only add 5s to start.
