The Goal of the Game

Getting Ready

1. First, I have to remove the 4 Quick Start Rules cards from the pack and hand them out for reference.
2. Then, I need to shuffle the rest of the cards together and deal 5 to each player, face down.
3. Now, I can look at my cards, but I should keep them a secret!
4. After that, I have to put the remaining cards face down in the center to create the draw pile.
5. Lastly, I need to decide who goes first. Play continues clockwise.

You can save up money and action cards in your bank. Any time someone owes you, like for rent or a birthday, they’ll have to pay from their own bank.

But remember, if you put an action card in your bank, you can’t use it for its special ability anymore. If you pay another player with an action card, it goes straight into their bank.

B. Collect properties

Here’s a tip: to win the game, you’ll need three sets of different-colored property cards.

Lay your property cards in front of you to start building your sets. Each card shows how many properties you need to collect in that color set. You can collect as many properties as you want, but remember, you need three full sets to win!

When it’s my turn, I can rearrange my property collection. But here’s the catch – if I realize that I’ve won during someone else’s turn, I have to wait patiently until it’s my turn to announce it. Patience is key!

C. Time to play some action cards

Action cards have some special instructions that I need to follow!
