Hey there! Let me explain how to play this awesome game called “Fusion.” Here’s what you need to do:

First, grab the three instruction cards and place them in the center of the table. Make sure they’re face up and about 20 cm apart from each other.

Next, put a playing card right next to each instruction card. These three cards create the center piles. Each instruction card tells you what kind of card you should play on that pile.

• For pile A, you need to play a card that has the same color or the same shape as the one on top.
• For pile B, you’ve got to play a card with a number that’s one higher or one lower than the one already there. It can go up or down in sequence.
• For pile C, you have to play a card that’s completely different from the one on top. It needs to have a different color, a different shape, and a number that’s not one higher or lower.

Here’s another tip: the next card you play on pile A must be either blue or have a crown on it.

I want the card on top of pile B to have either a 4 or a 6.

The card on top of pile C cannot be purple or a sun. It should also not be a 4, 3, or 5. For example, a pink rabbit with a 1 or 2, or a green hand with a 6 would be acceptable.

Game Play

Mix the remaining 69 playing cards thoroughly and distribute them equally among the players (when playing with 2 or 4 players, 1 card is left, which should be returned to the box).

Each player puts their cards face down in front of them as a draw pile. When someone gives the signal to start, the game begins immediately.

So here’s the deal, folks. In this game, we don’t waste any time taking turns. No sir! We’re all mighty eager to play our cards and snatch up those sweet victories. So, we race against each other to slap our cards down on one of the three piles in the center. But here’s the catch – we gotta follow the rules, or else it’s game over for us!

It’s all about the rhythm in this game. Play a card, draw a card, play another card, and so on. We keep this wild cycle going until someone comes out on top.

Remember, I can play one card and then draw one card. But why stop there? I can play two or even three cards in a row, and then draw two or three more cards.

Here’s the catch, though – I can’t have more than three cards in my hand at any given time. But don’t worry, jumping from one center pile to another or playing a card here and there is totally allowed.

But let’s keep things fair and square. This game is all about having fun, not trying to cheat. If a mistake happens by accident, no big deal. Just keep playing. Every once in a while, it might happen that neither of us can play a card correctly.

If that happens, we pause the game for a moment. Now, here’s the exciting part – everyone gets to play any card in any pile, whether it’s the right move or not. After that, the game immediately continues as normal.
