Bloodborne: The Card Game Rules

I’m here to guide you through the Bloodborne: The Card Game rules. So, let’s jump right in!

Bloodborne: The Card Game is a thrilling game inspired by the gothic horror video game Bloodborne. The game is designed for 3 to 5 players and each game typically takes around 30 to 60 minutes to complete.

To start the game, each player chooses a Hunter. These Hunters will delve into the Chalice Dungeon to slay monsters and collect blood echoes. The player with the most blood echoes at the end of the game will be victorious.

During the game, players will take turns playing cards from their hands to hunt down monsters. Each player can choose to explore a room, fight a monster, or use special abilities to gain an advantage. But beware, for the monsters have their own tricks up their sleeves!

Combat in the game is resolved through dice rolls. The player must roll dice equal to their Hunter’s strength and hope to score hits on the monster. However, the monsters fight back and can deal damage to the Hunters as well. Strategy and risk assessment are key to surviving the dangerous encounters in the Chalice Dungeon.

As players defeat monsters, they will earn blood echoes, which can be used to purchase powerful weapons and upgrades. These upgrades will help the Hunters in their quest to defeat tougher monsters and earn more blood echoes. It’s a constant balance of risk and reward.

The game continues until all the monsters in the Chalice Dungeon have been defeated or the deck of monster cards runs out. At that point, the players tally their blood echoes and the Hunter with the most emerges victorious. It’s an intense race for power and glory!

So, gather your friends, choose your Hunter, and prepare to face the horrors of the Chalice Dungeon in Bloodborne: The Card Game. May the best Hunter prevail!

Let’s get started with preparing the chalice dungeon deck: First, you need to split the Monster and Boss cards. Then, mix each pile separately. After that, choose 7 random Monsters and 3 random Bosses. These will be used to create the Chalice Dungeon Deck. Shuffle these 10 cards together and place them face down next to the Final Boss. Don’t forget to put the unused Chalice Dungeon cards back in the box.

Let’s prepare the upgrade deck: First, we need to shuffle the Hunter Upgrade cards and create a deck with them. Place the deck face down. Now, turn over one Upgrade card for each player and put them face up next to the deck. These revealed cards are known as “Available Upgrades”.

Hey there! Let me walk you through an important step in setting up a game – preparing the blood reserve. It’s simple, but it sets the stage for an exciting adventure!

Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Gather the blood tokens

First things first, I need you to collect all the blood tokens. These little guys are important for the game. Place them in a pile right in the middle of the table. Make sure they’re easily accessible for everyone playing.

Step 2: The blood reserve is ready!

Once all the blood tokens are in the pile, you’ve successfully prepared the blood reserve! It may seem like a small task, but trust me, it’s a crucial part of the game.

Alright, now that we’ve taken care of that, we’re ready to jump into the game! Have fun and good luck!

Hey there! Let’s get ready to play with some health dials. Each of us gets a dial to keep track of our health. Cool, huh? I’ll give you one Hunter Health Dial, and you can set it to 8 Health. That’s the highest value you can have on your dial.

Hey there! Let’s talk about choosing the first player in a game. It’s a pretty important decision, but it can also be a bit tricky. So, here’s what we’re going to do:

Step 1: Give the First Player token to someone.

This token will be passed around from player to player as the game progresses. The person who has the token is the first player for that round. It’s like a special badge that gives them some extra power!

Step 2: The First Player will change each round.

Here’s the cool part: the first player doesn’t stay the same throughout the whole game. Each round, the First Player token gets passed to someone new. That way, everyone gets a chance to be the first player and enjoy the perks that come with it!

So, now you know how to choose the first player. It’s a simple process that adds a bit of excitement and fairness to the game. Have fun and may the best player win!

When I play the game, the first thing I do is reveal the first monster. I turn over the top card from the Chalice Dungeon Deck, and voila! The first monster is revealed, staring me in the face. I place it face up next to the deck, so I won’t forget.

The Different Card Types

Before you start the game, it’s good to know about the different types of cards you’ll encounter:

I. Chalice Dungeon Cards

These cards are all about the monsters you’ll come across in the Chalice Dungeon. They represent the challenges you’ll face.

How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess

A Monster’s Health: When a Monster is revealed, you can tell how tough it is by looking at the number next to the blood drop on the card. This number represents the Monster’s health. You should place a number of Blood Echoes on the Monster card equal to its health.

Keep This in Mind: In a 4-player game, add 1 more Blood Echo. In a 5-player game, add 2 more Blood Echoes. This will make the game more challenging and intense.

B Monster’s Strength: Each Monster card also has a strength indicator. This is shown by the color of the lantern on the card. Green lanterns represent the weakest Monsters, yellow lanterns represent stronger Monsters, and red lanterns represent very dangerous Monsters.

C Monster’s Trophies: Defeating Monsters and Bosses can earn you different types of Trophies. These Trophies give the Hunters extra Blood Echoes at the end of the game. You can learn more about Trophies on page 14.

D Special Ability: Monsters can have a unique special ability, which is explained on their card. Some abilities activate right away when the card is shown, some only kick in if the Monster escapes, and some last as long as it remains in the game. The card details when and how the Monster’s special ability comes into play.

How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess

I’m pretty sure you’ve heard about this before, but let’s talk about boss monsters. They’re like regular monsters, you know, but on steroids. These bad boys are fueled by an intense hatred for us hunters, so they fight with a vengeance. Oh, and one more thing – they don’t run away. Nope, you’ll have to keep on fighting them until they’re done for!

Now, pay attention to this: boss monsters have a special trick up their sleeves. They have these abilities that stick around for as long as they’re in the game. So, you know, be prepared for some extra challenges when you face these bad boys.

II. Final Boss Cards

Okay, so here’s the deal. In the Chalice Dungeon, there are these five super powerful creatures that we call the final bosses. Each time you play, you’ll only go up against one of them. It keeps things exciting because you never know which boss you’ll have to face until you draw or choose it at the start of the game.

You might be surprised to learn that Final Bosses in the Bloodborne board game have their own health value and strength, just like regular Monsters and Bosses. In fact, in a 4-player game, they even get a bonus of +1 Blood Echoes, and in a 5-player game, that bonus increases to +2 Blood Echoes! But that’s not all – every Final Boss also has a unique special ability that completely changes the rules of the game!

III. Action Cards

When it comes to battling creatures in the dungeon and outsmarting your opponents, the Hunter Starter cards and Hunter Upgrade cards are your friends. These action cards are your weapons, ready to be unleashed!

There are three kinds of Action cards:

How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess

  • Melee Weapons: (Red Cards): Melee weapons are great for dealing heavy damage to Monsters or Bosses. They also reward you with a lot of Blood when you attack.
  • Ranged Weapons: (Blue Cards): Ranged weapons may not do as much damage, but they have the advantage of shutting down your opponents’ Melee attacks and protecting you from taking damage. After all, they can be used from a distance.
  • Utility Cards: (Grey Cards): These cards represent items you can use or special actions you can take instead of attacking. The 2 Starter Utility cards give you the ability to surprise your enemies by transforming your weapons or escape to the safety of the Hunter’s Dream.

Game Play

In Bloodborne, I play through a series of rounds. Each round has 8 steps that I must complete in a specific order:

  1. Choose & Play Action Cards
  2. Transform Weapons

Action Cards: Unleash Your Powers

Right here in the heart of the Chalice Dungeon, you’ll come face to face with the monstrous beings of Yharnam. If we want to keep exploring, we’ve got to fight them. It’s time to choose which action card we’ll play.

I’ll pick one card from my hand, and you do the same. Don’t worry, it’s a secret. Once we’ve made our choices, we’ll reveal our cards together.

Step 2: Resolve Instant Effects

After we reveal our cards, the effects that happen instantly take place. This is where things get real interesting. The outcome of our choices determines what happens next.

There are different types of instant effects:

  1. Monster Attacks
  2. Hunters Attack
  3. Monster Escapes
  4. The Hunter’s Dream

Step 3: Take Your Actions

Now it’s time for action! We take turns, starting with the player who has the highest Speed value on their Action card. We each get to perform one action.

You can choose to attack a monster, heal, or use a special ability. Just remember, every action requires a cost, so make sure you plan wisely.

Step 4: End of the Round

Once everyone has taken their actions, the round is over. But don’t worry, we’re not done yet! We’ll keep playing round after round until we defeat the Final Boss.

After the round ends, we go back to Step 1 and start again. The dungeon is full of challenges, but together, we can overcome them.

Let’s Talk Strategy: Feel free to discuss your card choices with your fellow Hunters and negotiate to take down the creatures in the dungeon together.

However, remember that all cards must be selected and played secretly and at the same time! You’re never obligated to play a specific card, even if you mentioned you would!

For example: Henryk, Eileen, and Ludwig are up against a fearsome Scourge Beast. Each Hunter privately chooses a card from their hand. Then, they all reveal their choices simultaneously. Henryk plays Transform, Eileen brings out her trusty Hunter Pistol, and Ludwig wields his mighty Hunter Axe.

Step 2: Transform Your Weapons

Hunters employ advanced Trick Weapons that can be swiftly changed to adapt to any situation. By transforming their weapons, they can gain a significant advantage in battle.

If you’re a Hunter and you play a Transform card, it’s time to pick a Melee or Ranged Weapon from your hand. This is a secret choice that all Hunters make simultaneously.

Tip: Playing a Transform card gives you an advantage. You can see what cards the other Hunters are playing before you decide which Weapon you want to use.

However, by playing a Transform card, you commit to fighting the Monster. You won’t be able to retreat to the Hunter’s Dream this round.

How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess

Example: When I played Transform this round, I got an advantage because I could see the cards that Eileen and Ludwig played before deciding on my attack. Unfortunately, my Hunter Axe was already used in a previous fight, so I couldn’t use it.

I could have used my Hunter Pistol to counter Eileen’s pistol, but I decided to save it for the next fight. So instead, I settled on using my Saw Cleaver.

Step 3: Resolving Instant Effects

Some Weapons and Hunter equipment have abilities that can be used immediately during a fight.

If you have a card with an “Instant” effect, like the Blood Vial or Hunter Pistol, it is resolved at this point. Just follow the instructions on the card. If the Monster is defeated during this step, it is removed right away, and you can skip the next 3 steps.

When multiple players play cards with instant effects, the player who goes first, known as the First Player, resolves their card first. Then, the other players take turns in a clockwise direction.

Here’s a helpful tip: Instant effects are particularly powerful because they take effect before the Monsters attack and the other Hunters can take their actions. However, these actions often deal less damage than slower attacks.

Let me give you an example: In this round, only Eileen played a card with an Instant effect, which is her Hunter Pistol. Since nobody else played a Hunter Pistol this round, Eileen gets to inflict her damage before anything else happens.

Eileen’s Hunter Pistol causes one damage, so she takes 1 Blood Echo from the Scourge Beast and places it on her Hunter Board.

Step 4: Monster Attacks

When it comes to the Chalice Dungeon, hunters must rely on their lightning-quick reflexes to survive. However, no matter how skilled they are, they cannot escape the brutal reality of the dungeon’s monstrous inhabitants. It’s a constant battle between good and evil, where both sides fight with equal ferocity.

Now, it’s time for the first player to roll the dice. The number on the monster’s card determines how much damage each hunter will take. You need to adjust your Health Dial accordingly, reducing it to show the damage inflicted on your hunter.

  • Monster Combos: When you roll a number with a How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess, roll the die again and add the new number to your result. Keep doing this if you roll another How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess until you roll a number without a How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess. Add up the results from all the dice you rolled and deal that much damage to all the Hunters.
  • Hunter Death: If any Hunter’s Health reaches 0 or goes below, that Hunter is DEAD and won’t be able to attack the creature in the next step. However, when your Hunter is killed, you’ll get a chance to acquire a powerful Hunter Upgrade card.

How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess

Now it’s your turn to attack the Scourge Beast. It’s a really strong Monster, so you get to roll a special red die. Let’s see how you do! Oh no, you rolled a 2+. Uh-oh, that means you have to roll again. But this time, you got lucky and rolled a 0. Phew! Luckily, each Hunter only takes 2 damage, so make sure to mark that on your Health Dial.

Next up is the Hunters’ turn to attack. This is a crucial part of the game because gathering Blood Echoes is how you win. Without them, you’ll never be able to escape the nightmare of Yharnam.

Starting with the first player and going to the left, each Hunter who played a Weapon card can now inflict damage on the Monster. Look at the number of Blood Echoes shown on your Weapon card and take that amount from the Monster card. Then, you add those Blood Echoes to your Hunter Board in the “Collected Blood Echoes” section. Keep collecting those Blood Echoes to secure your victory!

Listen up: When you’re in a fight with a Monster, you can only grab Blood Echoes from that specific Monster. Remember, though, you can only take what’s left – if there are no Blood Echoes left, tough luck!

Now, here’s the deal: if there are no Blood tokens left, you ain’t getting any Blood Echoes. Simple as that. The amount of Blood Echoes you can snatch is directly related to the damage you dealt to the Monster. So, the more damage you dish out, the more Blood Echoes you’ll end up with!

Slaying a Monster: If you manage to remove all the Blood tokens from a Monster card, congratulations – that monster is a goner and out of the game! Whoever managed to deal damage to the Monster gets a Trophy for that particular Monster Type. Take your Trophy token and move it up 1 space on the matching Trophy Track. Show off your hunting skills!

Game Tip: Pay close attention to your positioning during combat in order to effectively damage the enemy and gather Blood Echoes. When deciding what action to take, think about how your opponents might react.

Example: All 3 Hunters made it through the savage assault of the Scourge Beast, meaning they all have a shot at attacking. First up is Henryk because he’s the one leading the charge. With his trusty Saw Cleaver in hand, he swings and deals 1 damage, snagging 1 Blood Echo from the Scourge Beast.

Next in line would be Eileen, but she already had her turn earlier in the round when her Hunter Pistol delivered an instant hit. Unfortunately, this means she doesn’t get to strike again this time. Finally, it’s Ludwig’s turn. Armed with his menacing Hunter Axe, he prepares to strike with a forceful blow.

Ordinarily, Ludwig’s attack would deal a hefty 2 damage, thus stealing 2 Blood Echoes from the Scourge Beast. However, the creature is already quite weakened and only has 1 Blood Echo left. That’s all Ludwig manages to snare from this brutal encounter.

With the Scourge Beast slain, it is cast aside. Each of the three Hunters is entitled to claim a Monster Trophy as they played a part in its demise, boosting their Monsters Trophy track by 1 notch.

Step 6: The Monster’s Getaway

The creatures in Yharnam are absolutely terrifying, but guess what? Hunters are just as scary! The little monsters are quick to run away, leaving the hunters to face the darkness alone.

If there are any Blood Echo tokens left on the Monster card after the hunters have done their damage for the round, the monster gets away and is taken out of the game. The hunters don’t get any trophies for that. If a monster has a special ability that says “If this Escapes,” it would happen now.

Fighting Bosses: Bosses never escape a fight. If a boss is defeated, the game carries on as usual. But if a boss still has Blood Echoes after the hunters attack, the hunters must fight it again in the next round! The boss doesn’t recover any lost Blood Echoes.

Hint for Playing: Be aware that bosses in the game can be quite challenging to defeat. It might be a good strategy to weaken them over a few rounds before attempting to finish them off. However, keep in mind that other players may not be as patient as you and may try to steal your victory!

How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess

For instance: In the next round, I finally defeat Father Gasciogne. I manage to claim 2 Trophies: 1 Humanoid and 1 Beast, since Father Gasciogne belongs to both of those Monster Types.

Step 7: The Hunter’s Dream

How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess

Welcome to the Hunter’s Dream, a special sanctuary exclusive to us Hunters. It’s a secret realm that we can access from anywhere in the Chalice Dungeon. In this haven, we can tend to our wounds, upgrade our weapons, and prepare for the next battle.

When you use a Hunter’s Dream card, your Hunter won’t directly participate in the fight. However, be careful as you can still be harmed by the Monster’s attacks! But there’s good news – you can minimize the damage. You’ll only take half of the damage inflicted by the Monster’s attack, rounded down.

Now, let’s go over the four steps each Hunter needs to follow when entering the Hunter’s Dream, starting with the First Player and moving clockwise:

Here are some essential actions you can take during the Hunter’s Dream step:

    1. **Bank Blood:** You store all the Blood Echoes your Hunter has collected. Move the Blood tokens from the Collected Blood Echoes section to the Banked Blood Echoes section on your Hunter Board. These Banked Blood Echoes are safe and won’t be lost even if your Hunter is killed.

    2. **Reclaim Used Action Cards:** You retrieve all the Action cards from your used pile, including the Hunter’s Dream card you just used, and put them back into your hand. This is the only way to regain your damage-dealing potential, so make sure to do this to continue using your powerful abilities.

    3. **Gain an Upgrade:** Take one Upgrade card from the Available Upgrades and add it permanently to your hand. Remember, you cannot have more than seven Upgrade cards in your hand, so choose wisely. Keep in mind that the Available Upgrades are only replenished at the end of the Hunter’s Dream step.

    4. **Rest to Full Health:** Reset your Health Dial to show eight Health. This action allows you to recover your health completely, preparing you for the challenges ahead. Don’t forget to take care of your well-being to stay in top form during your hunts.

Remember, the Hunter’s Dream step is crucial for managing your resources and preparing for the battles to come. By utilizing these actions effectively, you can maximize your chances of success in the game. Happy hunting!

Dead Hunters: After a round, any Hunters that were defeated also have a chance to take action. First, they can gain an Upgrade and restore their Health to full. However, they cannot Bank Blood or reclaim used Action Cards. If they played the Hunter’s Dream card, they are allowed to reclaim their used Action Cards.

    Hunter Upgrade Cards

If a player played the Hunter’s Dream card or their Hunter was defeated during a round, they can choose one Hunter Upgrade card from the Available Upgrades. These Upgrade cards are more powerful than the basic Hunter cards and can improve your chances of success in the long run.

The player who went first in the round gets the first choice of Upgrade card (if there are any left). Then, the other players take turns choosing from the remaining cards, moving clockwise. So, the closer you are to the player who went first, the earlier you’ll get to pick an Upgrade card.

How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess

When you grab a Hunter Upgrade card, it goes straight to your hand. You can start using your new card in the very next round. But here’s the catch – the available cards won’t be replenished until the Hunter’s Dream step is over.

Once all eligible players have taken a card, new ones are drawn from the deck to match the number of players. If there aren’t enough cards left in the deck, no new ones are added. Once the deck is empty, you’ll have to make do with the cards you already have!

Hunter Upgrade cards are just like the Hunter Starter cards you had at the beginning of the game. They’re Action cards that you can play during the Choose and Play Cards step. After playing them, they go to your used pile. But don’t worry, they’ll come back to your hand when you go to the Hunter’s Dream.

Upgrade Limit: I can never have more than 7 cards in total. If I get an 8th card, I have to immediately choose one of my cards and remove it from the game.

Important: I may never remove my Hunter’s Dream card from the game.

Step 8: End of the Round

Danger lurks in the Chalice Dungeon at every turn.

After each fight, I only have a moment to catch my breath before facing an even greater horror.

Once we’re all done with the Hunter’s Dream step, the round comes to an end. Here’s what we need to do before the next round:

    • Discard Action Cards: I place the Action card I played into my own personal used pile. I have to make sure that all players can see all of the cards in my used pile.

Changing the First Player: The person who has the First Player token passes it to the player on their left.

  1. Revealing the Next Monster: If the Monster was defeated or if it got away, flip over the top card of the Chalice Dungeon deck and put it face up in the middle of the table. Remember to add Blood Echo tokens on the new Monster. In a game with 4 players, add 1 more Blood Echo, and in a game with 5 players, add 2 more Blood Echoes. If you are facing a Boss Monster that survived, hold off from revealing the next Chalice Dungeon card for now.
  2. Hint for Playing: Pay attention to the cards in your opponents’ discard piles. It can give you clues about which cards they might use in the next round. Remember, they can’t use the cards that are in their used pile. This is very important when planning your moves in the game. Keep in mind that all players start the game with the exact same set of Action cards.

    Hunter Death

When my Hunter’s health reaches 0 or goes below, that’s it, I’m done. All the Blood Echoes I’ve gathered on my Hunter Board are gone, poof! Well, except for the ones I’ve safely tucked away in the Hunter’s Dream.

But don’t worry, it’s not the end of the world. I’ll be back in action after the Hunter’s Dream step in the next round. Once I’m back, my Health dial will be reset to its full power, ready for another go at it.

Now, here’s the good part. Even though I’m dead, I still get a little treat. During the Hunter’s Dream step, I can choose one Hunter Upgrade card from the Available Upgrades. It’s like a little gift from the beyond. But hey, not everything comes back to life. I won’t get back any of the cards I’ve already used unless I play the Hunter’s Dream card.

Example: Wow, what a bummer! Father Gascoigne took down Ludwig in a flash, so Ludwig didn’t even get a chance to fight back. And to add insult to injury, Ludwig lost those 4 Blood Echoes he had collected. But hey, at least he didn’t lose the 6 Blood Echoes he had saved up earlier in the game.

But hold on, there is some good news for Ludwig. He gets to pick 1 Upgrade card from the bunch that’s available. And without hesitation, he chooses the Blood Vial. To top it off, Ludwig gets to heal all the way back up to 8 Health, which is a huge relief.

Now let’s talk about Trophies. When the Hunters manage to take down a Monster, they can claim a Trophy that matches the type of Monster they defeated. The catch is, you can only claim a Trophy if you gathered at least 1 Blood from the Monster during the round when it met its end.

Speaking of Monsters, there are 3 different types:

    1. Airborne Monsters: These are the ones that fly around, making them a bit trickier to take down. But hey, the Hunters are up for the challenge.

    2. Ground Monsters: These are the tough ones that roam around on the ground, ready to pounce on anyone who dares cross their path. Watch out!

    3. Aquatic Monsters: These are the slippery devils that lurk in the water. Don’t underestimate them, because they can be quite formidable opponents.

So, remember, if you manage to spill some Monster blood during the round it bites the dust, you can claim a shiny Trophy as proof of your victory. Good luck, Hunter!

How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess

Trophies can earn you extra Blood Echoes at the end of the game, depending on how far you’ve progressed on the Trophy Track.

On your Hunter Board, each Monster Type has its own Trophy Track. When you obtain any type of Trophy, move the corresponding Trophy token up one space on its respective Trophy Track.

When the game comes to a close, you’ll receive bonus Blood Echoes equal to the total number of spaces occupied by your Trophy tokens across all three Trophy Tracks.

Defeating a Boss: Boss Monsters, like the smaller ones, also have Monster Types and award Trophies. However, Bosses can have 2 or even 3 Monster Types. Bosses are incredibly tough, and beating them grants even greater rewards! If you deal damage to one of these Bosses during the round in which they are killed, you’ll receive 1 Trophy of each Monster Type listed on that specific Boss.

    The Final Boss

Once all the creatures in the Chalice Dungeon deck have been defeated or driven away by us hunters, it’s time to face the Final Boss.

Fighting the Final Boss is quite similar to battling any other Boss in the game, with one small difference: when we manage to defeat the Final Boss, every player who hit it during that final round gets to claim a Trophy for all three Monster Types.

The Final Boss possesses unique abilities: Each Final Boss card enlightens us about a special ability that the Boss has. These abilities alter the game’s rules in various ways. Unlike regular Bosses, the Final Boss’s special abilities remain active for the entire duration of the game.

For example: In this Chalice Dungeon, the Final Boss we’ll be going up against is Gehrman, the First Hunter. Thanks to his power, every single Monster in the game – Bosses included – will begin with an extra 2 Blood Echoes. Brace yourselves, hunters – things are about to get tougher!

    Game Over

Once the Final Boss is defeated, the game comes to an end.

Now it’s time to tally up all the Blood Echoes you’ve collected. Here’s what you need to do:

    1. Gather all the Blood Echoes you’ve stored in your bank
    2. Add up the Blood Echo Bonus you earned from your Trophies

Take a look at your Blood Score and compare it to the other Hunters. The Hunter with the highest total is the one who gets to leave the Chalice Dungeon victorious!

If multiple Hunters have the same Blood Score, then the player with the most banked Blood Echoes takes the win. And if there’s still a tie, it’s a shared victory for all.

How to play Bloodborne The Card Game Official Rules UltraFoodMess

The Challenge of Tallying Blood Echoes

After putting in all that effort, finally defeating Gehrman as a Hunter, it’s time to determine my Blood Score. Today, I’ll explain how to calculate it and what factors to consider.

Firstly, I’ll need to add up the Blood Echoes I gained during the last battle. In my case, I have 3 Blood Echoes to factor in. This isn’t much, but every little bit counts.

Next, I’ll need to take into account the Blood Echoes I’ve banked throughout the game. For me, it’s a total of 9. It’s like saving up money – you’ll be glad you did.

Now comes the exciting part – the bonus for my Trophies. I’ve earned 3 for Kin, 5 for Humanoids, and 1 for Beasts. These rewards truly make the hunt worthwhile.

So, when I add up all these numbers, my final Blood Score will be calculated. In my case, it’s 12 + 3 + 5 + 1 = 21. Not too shabby!

By understanding how to tally Blood Echoes and factoring in these various elements, you can ensure you get the most out of your hunting experience. Now, let’s go out there and earn some more Blood Echoes!
