The game consists of multiple levels, each presenting a unique challenge. As you progress through the levels, you’ll encounter different types of aliens, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Use your weapons and abilities strategically to defeat them and move forward.
Collect power-ups and upgrades to enhance your abilities and increase your chances of success. These power-ups will help you unleash devastating attacks and become an unstoppable force against the alien invaders.
Remember, time is of the essence. The aliens won’t wait for you – they’ll relentlessly press forward. You must act swiftly, think on your feet, and make decisions that will determine the fate of our planet.
Controls
Controlling your spaceship is essential to your success in the Alien Wars Game. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate your ship across the screen. Press the Spacebar to fire your weapons and launch powerful attacks against the enemy.
Be mindful of your spaceship’s health. It’s represented by a health bar located at the top of the screen. If the aliens inflict too much damage, your ship will explode, and the game will end. We can’t let that happen, so be cautious and avoid enemy fire!

Hey there! Let me tell you a cool story from not too long ago, in a galaxy pretty close to ours. So, there were these little green dudes, all geared up with blasters, having a blast as they fought each other. Their goal? To see who could conquer Earth! Can you believe it?
Now, let’s talk about MemoWars – an awesome game that everyone can enjoy. It’s got a bit of everything – skills, strategy, and a good ol’ memory challenge. It’s the perfect blend!
The Game’s Parts
When it comes to playing the UFO card game, you’ll need a few important components:
- 1 UFO box to identify the active player
- 3 Nano Minefields
- 6 Alien Fleets of 9 cards each (54 total)
- 6 Shooting Discs (one for each fleet)
- Instructions
Let’s Get Started!
The goal of the game is simple: eliminate all of your opponents’ cards and be the last player with cards in your hand.
Setting Up the Game
First, each player chooses a color for their alien fleet. You’ll need nine cards of that color: 2 Planets, 2 Scanners, 2 Double Blasters, 2 Blasters, and 1 Retro Blaster. Don’t forget to grab the matching Shooting Disc too!
Create the Galaxy
- Place the 3 Nano Minefields face-down in the center of the table, arranging them in a triangle shape. Each side should be about 10 inches (25 cm) long.
- When we start playing the game, we all put our cards face-down on the table at the same time, following certain rules:
You have the ability to see the cards you place. It’s important that the cards don’t touch each other. Additionally, no card should be more than half an inch (1 cm) away from at least one other card.
Filling The Void: When playing the game, make sure that if a card or group of cards moves more than half an inch away from the main group, you bring it back within a half-inch of the main group before continuing to play. This can happen, for example, when a card gets eliminated.
Game Play
The first person to place all their cards down gets the UFO. The UFO shows whose turn it is. Once all the cards are placed, the battle can begin.
When it’s your turn, pick a card and reveal it, keeping it in the same spot.
- If it’s one of your cards: Activate its effect, and then turn it face-down again.
- If it’s another player’s card: The player who owns the card activates its effect, and then turns it face-down again.
- If it’s a Nano Minefield: Nothing happens. Just turn it face-down again.
If you want to add some excitement and strategy to your card game night, I have a great suggestion for you. It’s a game called UFO and it’s a ton of fun. Let me explain how it works.
First, you’ll need a deck of cards. Each card represents an alien. These aliens are hiding around the table, and your goal is to find them and capture them.
Here’s how it goes. All the players sit around the table, and one person starts by flipping over a card and placing it face-up in front of them. This is where their alien is hiding. You’re not allowed to look at anyone else’s card – it’s a secret!
Now, it’s your turn. You get to choose a player to pass the UFO to. This player has to reveal their card to you, showing you where their alien is hiding. It’s a strategic move, because by revealing their card, they might redirect your attention away from their actual alien.
Once you know the location of another player’s alien, you can decide whether to capture it or not. If it’s an alien you’ve been looking for, go ahead – capture it and score some points! But be careful, because revealing your own alien can also work to someone else’s advantage. They might see where your alien is hiding and target it instead.
As the game goes on, the UFO passes from player to player, revealing aliens and creating tension and excitement. You never know who might be hiding an alien right in front of you!
Remember, revealing another player’s card can be a tactical move to throw others off track or to gain access to aliens that are harder to reach. It’s all part of the strategy.
So, grab a deck of cards and get ready for a thrilling game of UFO. Who knows, you might just become the ultimate alien capturer!
Using the Shooting Disc: When you play, you’ll need one Shooting Disc per player. Make sure to follow the shooting rules (check out How to Shoot). And don’t forget, when you shoot, keep your finger on the card even after you throw the Disc.
If there’s a card that’s partly covered by the Shooting Disc, remove it before looking at it. You get to choose which card to remove.
Nano Minefield (x3): If you shoot onto the Nano Minefield, it will activate.
If you reveal the Nano Minefield by shooting onto it, both the card that shot and the Nano Minefield are destroyed. Discard both cards.
Alien Fleet (9 Cards per fleet)
- Planet (x2): You can return one of your eliminated cards (except a Planet) to play, face-down, following the placement rules.
- Scanner (x2): You can look at up to 3 cards without revealing them, then eliminate the Scanner.
- Blaster (x2): You can shoot once.
Alien Wars: A Guide to Playing the Game
Hey there! If you are curious about Alien Wars and how to play, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s dive in and explore the thrilling world of this game!
The Basics
Here are two powerful blasters you can use in the game:
- Double Blaster (x2): Shoot 2 times.
- Retro Blaster (x1): Shoot 1 time. Additionally, if this card gets destroyed by a shot, you get to shoot 1 more time from this card before removing it.
How to Shoot
Time to put your shooting skills to the test! Here’s how you do it:
1. Hold the Shooting Disc between your thumb and index finger.
2. Place your pinky finger on the face-up card.
3. Give the Shooting Disc a toss!
Once the Shooting Disc lands, reveal any card that is partially or completely covered by it. Once revealed, eliminate that card. Don’t worry; the owner of the card gets it back, but they have to keep it face-down. And hey, remember, you can always take a peek at your eliminated cards and let others know how many cards you still have in play.
Note: When you shoot the card, make sure to keep your pinky in contact with it until the Shooting Disc comes to rest. If you don’t follow this rule or if you move the card, another player can make you replay your shot. Remember: If you hit a Nano Minefield with your shot, your face-up card is eliminated.
If you hit a Retro Blaster (even if it’s yours) with your shot, the owner of the Retro Blaster gets to shoot before it is eliminated.
End of the Game
When all of a player’s cards are eliminated, they lose. The game ends as soon as there is only one player left with cards in the galaxy.
That player takes the UFO, becomes the supreme commander, and has the immense honor of leading the conquest of Earth.
