Action Cards
Whenever you create a character in a game, it’s crucial to consider several factors that define who they are and what they can do. These factors include their name, class, species, attribute bonuses, starting ability, starting item, life value, personal goal, character bio, and character figure.
Let’s break it down further. The name of your character is, well, their name. It’s how they’ll be known throughout the game. The class of your character is like their job or role – a warrior, wizard, or thief, for example.
The species of your character determines their race or kind – a human, elf, or dwarf, for instance. Attribute bonuses refer to the extra strengths or skills your character has, like increased strength or agility.
Your character’s starting ability is an initial skill or power they possess right from the start. It’s a unique advantage that sets them apart. Similarly, the starting item is a special object or tool that your character begins the game with.
The life value represents how much health or vitality your character has. It determines their resilience in the face of danger.
Your character’s personal goal signifies their ultimate objective in the game. It gives them purpose and drives their actions.
The character bio is a short description that details your character’s background, personality, and history. It provides context and depth to their story.
Finally, the character figure is a physical representation of your character, either as a miniature model or an image. It helps you visualize and imagine your character in the game world.
Now that you understand the different aspects to consider when creating a character, let’s move on to the action cards. Action cards are special cards that allow your character to perform actions or abilities during the game. They add excitement, strategy, and unpredictability to the gameplay.
By keeping all these factors in mind, you can create a unique and captivating character that will enhance your gaming experience. So, go ahead and let your imagination run wild as you dive into the world of character creation and action-packed adventures!

Exploring Roleplaying Game – Aftermath
I recently discovered a fascinating roleplaying game called Aftermath. It has a unique premise that immediately grabbed my attention. In this post-apocalyptic world, the players are banished and left to explore the remnants of civilization as they try to survive. The game’s vibrant characters and the intricately designed map really make this experience come alive.
Game Elements: Discovery and Strategy
The game revolves around exploring the map and making important strategic decisions. The map is divided into different spaces, each with its own features and challenges. As you navigate through the spaces, you’ll encounter solid red, blue, and green lines that slow down your character’s movement. Solid white lines, on the other hand, cannot be passed through but don’t obstruct your line of sight. Be careful, though, because double solid white lines block both movement and line of sight.
When you start the game, your character enters the world on the designated character start space, while the enemies are introduced on their own start space. This creates immediate tension and sets the stage for exciting gameplay.
The Importance of Strategy and Resource Management
Aftermath is not just about exploration and discovery. It also requires careful resource management to survive. Your character’s success depends on effectively managing the colony supply, which contains crucial items like food, water, and weapons. You’ll need to make strategic choices about how to use these resources to overcome challenges and outsmart your enemies.
As you progress through the game, you’ll uncover hidden treasures and valuable information that can help you in your journey. The game encourages you to find creative solutions and adapt to the ever-changing environment.
Ready for Adventure?
If you’re looking for an immersive and unpredictable roleplaying game, then you’ll love Aftermath. It combines the excitement of exploration with strategic decision-making, offering a captivating experience from start to finish.
So, are you ready to embark on this thrilling post-apocalyptic adventure? Grab your friends, choose your characters, and prepare to navigate the remnants of civilization in Aftermath!
Did you know that there’s a way to protect yourself in a game? It’s called a hiding spot. When you’re on a particular space, you become untouchable by enemies in other spaces. They won’t even come near you unless there’s no one else to go after. But be careful! If you’re a big character or you have an item that makes noise, you won’t be able to hide. It’s like having a secret power that keeps you safe.
Objective: Whenever you see the symbol on a space, like this: #image.jpg, you need to place a token, like this: #image.jpg, in that space. When it’s your turn and your character is on a space with a token, you should pause your turn and read the matching entry on the page. After that, unless you are told to do something different, you should discard the token and continue playing.
When I’m playing the game, I have the option to exit a page at any time during my turn. All I have to do is make sure my character is on a space with an exit. If there are multiple exits, I should check the space entries to see where each exit leads. Once I choose an exit, the other players can only use that same exit. It’s important for all players to exit the page because then we can move on to resolving the space entry on that page.
