Uh-oh, we’re in trouble!

Here’s what you need to do: grab 2 Gems at a time from the bag, alright?

Nothing but the best!

“I’ve never heard such crazy stories about a sunken city. But the experts we hired seem to know their stuff…”.

Guess what? Every card you play to get VP will give you an extra 4 points!

Treasure everywhere!

“Even from up above, we can see shiny things in the water. Everywhere! And sometimes we even see mysterious creatures swimming around…”.

As soon as a Sunken City Tile is revealed, I quickly draw and place one Gem from the bag on this Tile AND each connected Tile, revealed or not. Each Tile can only hold one Gem, so next time I reveal a Sunken City Tile, I put Gems only on Tiles that do not already have one.

Whenever I start a dive on a Tile with a Gem on it, I move that Gem to the Dive Site Board and count it as if it was the first Gem pulled out of the bag. Once I finish with the Tile, the Gem goes back in the bag along with all the other Gems from the dive.

Bounty Wrecks

“Just got a message from our benefactor. She wants us to bring everything we find to the surface. From golden statues to chamber pots, we don’t leave anything behind..”.

If I’m not forced to resurface, I score 2 points for every 5 gems I pull from the bag at the end of the dive.

Oh no, there’s a storm coming!

“Look, dark clouds and lightning are approaching from the north. We have to act quickly and leave this place. If we don’t hurry, people will find our shipwreck and get rich.”

When I find a Sunken City Tile, I have to start diving right away. It doesn’t cost me anything to do so. But here’s the twist – everyone else can rush in from two moves away instead of just one.

Watch out for Dangerous Reefs!

“These shallow waters are so dangerous. It took us hours just to get here without damaging the ship’s hull.”

No one is allowed to rush into dives on Sunken City Tiles. We have to be extra careful in these treacherous areas.
