Creating a Strong Workforce
Hey there! Have you ever wondered what it takes to build a skilled and efficient team of workers? Well, I’m here to tell you all about it. Building worker actions is a crucial aspect of any successful project, and it’s something I’ve learned through my own experiences in the field.
First of all, let’s talk about the importance of worker actions. They play a significant role in how smoothly a project runs and how well tasks are completed. When workers have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities, they are more likely to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
So, how can you create a strong workforce with effective worker actions? Well, there are a few key factors to consider.
Hiring the Right People
One of the first things to consider is hiring the right people for the job. You want individuals who not only have the necessary skills and experience but also fit well within your team. Look for candidates who are motivated, hardworking, and have a strong work ethic. These qualities will help ensure that your workers are committed to doing their best.
Providing Clear Instructions
Once you have the right team in place, it’s crucial to provide them with clear instructions. This includes clearly outlining their roles and responsibilities, as well as the goals and objectives of the project. When workers know exactly what is expected of them, they can better focus their efforts and work towards a common goal.
Encouraging Communication
Effective communication is key to building worker actions. Encourage your team members to communicate openly and honestly with each other. This includes not only sharing ideas and feedback but also addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. When everyone feels comfortable speaking up, it fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Providing Training and Development Opportunities
Investing in your workers’ training and development is essential for building a strong workforce. Provide opportunities for them to learn new skills and expand their knowledge. This can include on-the-job training, workshops, or even financial assistance for further education. When your workers feel valued and supported, they are more likely to excel in their roles.
Overall, building worker actions is about creating an environment where your team can thrive. By hiring the right people, providing clear instructions, encouraging communication, and offering training and development opportunities, you can build a skilled and efficient workforce that will contribute to the success of your projects. So, go ahead and start focusing on these factors to create a strong team that will take your projects to new heights!

When you look at Buildings, you’ll notice that they all produce a certain resource or Workers. What you need to do is make sure you have enough Workers and resources to meet the requirements specified at the top of the card. Once you fulfill those requirements, you’ll receive the Output, which is displayed at the bottom of the card. This Output can either be taken from the General Supply or marked on the corresponding track.
There are five kinds of Building cards: Mines, Factories, Universities, Reactors, and Enrichment Plants. Each type has 10 buildings:
Mines
When I put Workers on a yellow Mine card, I can take the Yellowcake shown from the General Supply. It’s like digging up valuable minerals from deep within the earth.
Factories

Factories are like magical places that produce money and aircraft. It’s pretty cool, right? When you put workers on a green Factory card, you get the money that’s shown (if there is any) from the General Supply.
But that’s not all! You also get to increase your supply of fighters and bombers on the tracks of your Player Board. The amount you get depends on what the Factory card shows. If it shows different resources separated by a slash (/), you have a choice. You can either collect the resources before the slash or the ones after the slash. You can’t have both, unfortunately.
Oh, and one more thing! You can only have a maximum of 10 fighters and 10 bombers at a time. Your Player Board has tracks that keep track of these numbers, so make sure not to go over the limit!
Now, let’s talk about universities.

When I place Workers on a purple University card, I get to take the type of Workers shown at the bottom of the card from the General Supply and add them to my personal supply. Cool, right? And the best part is that I can use these Workers right away.
In terms of Workers, I have some options. I can take a combination of permanent Workers in my color and/or Contractors, depending on what’s available.
Now, here’s something interesting. If the University card shows different types of Workers separated by a slash (/), I have a choice. I can either collect the Workers before the slash or the ones after it. I can’t have both, though. Decisions, decisions!
Enrichment Plants

Did you know that Enrichment Plants are responsible for producing Enriched Uranium? When you assign Workers to a red Enrichment Plant card, and you pay the required amount of Money and Yellowcake to the General Supply, your token on the Enriched Uranium Track on the Main Board will increase by the amount shown on the card.
But here’s the thing – you can’t stockpile more than eight units of Enriched Uranium at a time. If you want to reduce your stored Enriched Uranium, you’ll need to either build a bomb or use a Reactor.
The Power of Reactors

When you put Workers on a grey Reactor card and pay the required Yellowcake or Enriched Uranium, you raise your token on the Plutonium Track on the Main Board based on the number shown on the card. This is how Reactors create Plutonium.
Some Reactors have an Enriched Uranium listed next to the Yellowcake in the cost, separated by a slash (/). If you use one of these Reactors, you can choose to pay either the Yellowcake amount or just one Enriched Uranium instead.
You can’t store more than eight units of Plutonium at a time. You’ll need to build a bomb to lower your stored Plutonium if you have reached the limit.
